“It was our 4th visit to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. Our kids now 3 and 7 love it. This time we brought another family (friends) and they also enjoyed their stay with their kids. Park is awesome, rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff is very helpful and the general ambiance is perfect for families with children. Of course everything that is not included is overpriced but we just accept it. I recommend Nickelodeon Riviera Maya to anyone with kids and who can afford it. It’s unique and...

Especially at the reception, and Ann was a superstar! The hotel only has a few rooms and is very calm, perfect for some relaxing days. Would love to go back! ”

“Above our expectations! Very comfortable apartment with all we need for our holiday. Tho only small detail is that the front desk personnel upon our arrival offer us a late check out and the personnel on the check out day didn’t stand for what it was promised. Note: There is no beach, all is gone with high tide. ”
