The apartment is perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy the space. Kitchen equipped, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cable TV, WiFi and laundry.

You have access to all the condo amenities, 2 pools, spa, sauna, steam room, games room, cinema, business center, gym, yoga, roof top, kids club, some of them under prior reservation.
It is NOT necessary to reserve the pools, the one on the rooftop is exclusively for adults and the main one is for families.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this apartment is a few steps from the famous 5th Avenue, Mamitas beach, Coralina, shopping centers such as Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall.

Everything and nearby activities can be done on foot, you can also take a taxi or minibus, we can help you rent cars and scooters if you require it.

THE USE OF AMENITIES IS EXCLUSIVE FOR GUESTS NOT FOR VISITORS.

VISITOR ACCESS IS SUBJECT TO THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE UNIT, IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR 1 PERSON YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE 1 VISIT, IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR 2 OR 4 PEOPLE THERE IS NO ACCESS FOR VISITS.

GUESTS HAVE TO WEAR THE BRACELET THAT IDENTIFIES THEM AS GUESTS AT THE PROPERTY DURING THEIR STAY.

TO USE THE PARKING, PREVIOUS REGISTRATION AT RECEPTION IS REQUESTED TO RECEIVE THE LABEL THAT IDENTIFIES THE CAR.

UPON CHECK-IN, A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $300 USD IN CASH WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UPON CHECK-OUT IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY.
