“I stayed at this property a couple of times within a couple of times and each time i had problems with the shower and no hot water. It took at least 24 to 36 hours to get the problem resolved. I had two vouchers, one from each stay for two complimentary stays. When i attempted to use the vouchers, with multiple email exchanges that took over a month where they kept denying my dates and other terrible customer experience i had encountered, they are not allowing me use both vouchers together...

“We stayed in the area to enjoy our grand daughter hockey tournament. The weather was not to good but we made the best of it. The apt was quite lovely and we were very comfortable”
