Great stay

House is comfortable, roomy, tasteful. Property’s garden is beautiful.Communication with property manager was superior, our issue was resolved more quickly than we could have hoped.Neighbors are quiet but roosters start crowing around 0400, pack your earplugs.

Comfortable for us 3

We were comfortable, could cook breakfast, and get to anywhere on the island from our location. Traveling with our 6 year old, we could put her to bed and enjoy the hot tub and a movie. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location and property, strange surprises

We loved the little oasis feel to the property. The house was a great size for the 4 of us. However for spending over $1500 for 3 nights, we were disappointed when we got suited up to find the pool was closed- one of the main reasons we chose the property. To have a pool to relax at after 5 days of a friend’s wedding festivities. Then when my friends were laying down in bed, they noticed a HUGE blood stain on the bottom of the mattress above them. Disgusting and unnerving for all of us. When they contacted property management about it the next day (office hours) they were told they were aware of it but they promised it was professionally cleaned. Again, paying over $1500 for 3 nights, you would think they would be able to afford to simply replaced a blood stained mattress. Honestly think we deserve a couple hundred refunded for the inconveniences. Their fix for the problem was for the maids to come clean the sticky counters that weren’t cleaned well from the get go. I honestly loved the stay besides the unnerving bloodstain and the pool being closed.

First of all, the property was everything as advertised and more. The hot tub was perfect and a very nice addition to the end of a long day. The outdoor patio was sectioned off and little areas that were extremely well planned. Very Zen like. The kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances worked perfectly, I would definitely stay here again. The master bedroom mattress was very soft just great. We truly enjoyed our stay. I think the Best of all the air conditioning. The place was just extremely well ventilated, with a ton of openness about it in a beautiful garden area. Of course we had our own addition to the family, the rooster is two hands who came to visit us every day. This place was really great. Easy to get to and I would definitely recommend people staying here.

Week trip to Kauai

My wife and I went to Kauai for a week to celebrate our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. The condo we stayed in was perfect. It was close to numerous things and was very nice to come back to at the end of the day. We spent some time by the pool which was so clean and not many people were there. The air conditioning was a huge plus. Definitely would recommended staying here.

Good, with a few exceptions

Overall really enjoyed our stay. The photos don't do this property justice. Very spacious, and loved all the outdoor space. Despite being on the ground floor, we felt a decent amount of privacy if sitting outside. The hot tub was great. Kitchen was nice and had all the basics. Would've been nice to have sugar for coffee though. While the unit itself was clean, there were a few things that weren't. The dishwasher had a horrendous musty smell when we first opened it. We let it air out, but still, made us wonder exactly how clean it was. Many of the utensils / glasses from previous guests had food stuck to it, again making us question dishwasher. The rubber gasket on the inside of the washing machine also had a large amount of mold on it. We have a very similar washing machine and running a tub clean cycle with bleach is important to prevent this. We did let management know, but they told us the housekeeper wouldn't be able to come until the following day since she had already left. We really only had time to do laundry that one day, but luckily had done a few loads at a previous VRBO (with a spotless washing machine). A few random little quirky things (rolling door in master bath that kept getting stuck, noisy toilet, etc). None of these deal breakers, and yes we could have called for all of those things, but we shouldn't have to call for so many things when we're on vacation. There was so much we liked about the unit, but enough little issues to drop this to 4 stars.

Great Family House

We loved it here. The house is well furnished and the open concept is ideal for families. Plenty of room for everyone to feel like they had their own space. The outdoor space is amazing and the location can't be beat. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kauai at last

Property was nice. Pretty much like the photos. First bedroom smaller than pictured and trundle wheel broke when we pulled it out. Management company was great. Needs updates but that’s up to the owner. Beach chairs are busted up, again that’s the owner. Beaches are a bit far, I was given the impression it was an easy walk to Wylie’s beach, but it’s a bit of an up and down hard on old knees, fine for youngsters. Nice neighborhood, quiet location

Nice place unless you have mobility issues

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The management company is helpful and responds quickly. It is spacious and comfortable. The AC works pretty well and there are also fans to help circulate the air. It was clean enough. Just seemed like some of the white things were beginning to get stained. Just a poor color choice for a rental IMO. I liked the eclectic mix of southeast asian decor with modern. I also liked having a washer and dryer and everything you could want for the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hot tub and outdoor space is nice. We were out there quite a bit and even used the grill. The pool area and grounds are nicely kept. Some of the furniture, especially the bunk bed, felt really cheap, but having the king bed underneath was great. If you have mobility issues this rental might not be for you. The unit isn't all on one level. You have to step down in the living room and bedroom. This can be tricky at night with the lights off or you aren't paying attention. I found getting into the master shower to be awkward, especially when wet on the bottom. It is a huge step right over the faucet into a jetted tub. It is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the unit. I wouldn't say these are deal breakers but something to be aware of. Nothing to do with the unit, but I personally didn't love staying in Princeville. If you do and don't mind the quirks of this place, it's a good choice. Turns out we just prefer the south end of the island better.

Paradise

This rental is in a beautiful and lush setting. The outside space is very well appointed and really adds to the rental. Seems to have all of the amenities you need including beach supplies. Only thing that was a bit weird was that I had to make the beds and empty the dishwasher upon arrival. Seems like that would be covered in the cleaning fee. Overall I would recommend this rental

Great Location and Amenities

Overall, this was the perfect place to stay to experience the north shore of Kauai! Less than 10 minutes to Hanalei and less than 30 to Ha'ena Sate Park. The unit itself was clean, very spacious and has a huuuuge lanai with a hot tub and barbecue grill. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils which made cooking breakfast in the morning a breeze. Not sure if its listed but there is a plethora of beach items next to the washer and dryer to use. Boogie boards, masks, snorkels, umbrellas, bags, fins and a cooler! The only complaint I have (and this is a small one) is the walk from the parking lot to the unit itself is a bit lengthy. But other than that, 10/10 would stay here again if we are ever in Kauai!

A Gem In Princeville

What a beautiful home/condo in the upscale community of Princeville. The lush grounds, the extremely clean and beautiful interior, made for a wonderful stay for the two of us. Even the welcoming morning rooster was great! Don't hesitate to book this well cared for home in a great area.

Princeville stay

Our stay was great! The place is huge. The blankets, bedding and mattresses are so cozy! Loved how they had additional lounge blankets, Tupperware, seasonings, olive oil, detergent and etc. The outdoor patio area was huge and great for lounging. Nearby neighbors were jelaous we had a hot tub and it seemed that our unit was nicer then there’s. Lol! The master toilet was a little stinky but that’s it! I wouldn’t keep that from me booking again! Thank You for the stay. Also dark shades in rooms needed. It’s nice to see out the others in the livingroom. Makes it feel more bright and open.

Wonderful location

The location couldn’t be better! We didn’t spend too much time in the house but it was perfect for our family. Had enough supply’s and a beautiful view. The neighbors were so nice !! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future. I feel like the house could have a few updates and it did have a musty odor. We did visit during rainy season so that could just be the norm ! My kids had an incredible vacation we will never forget!!

Space and style in Princeville

Very conveniently located spacious ground level condo (with a cool sunken conversation pit!) - lots of room for our family to relax, with all the amenities you might want for a tropical beach vacation (boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs and coolers, etc). We were so busy exploring the island that we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub - next time. Loved having a functional kitchen and washer/dryer.

Perfect stay in Princeville

A perfect condo in Princeville to stay with family during the Thanksgiving break. Easily accessible, management was always quick to respond with any questions, quiet at night (besides the roosters🙃) and enough space for a family of 5. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas during our stay. Cleanliness was too notch, kitchen was stocked with needed items to use to cook, helpful tips for the area were also provided. Wonderful stay!!

Relaxing in paradise

Nice clean property, hot tub was fun too. Beware of master bed legs at the base, stubbed our toes a couple times! Some beach items are located off the master bath patio where we found the laundry unit. Yay! Bust street off lanais but better than having neighbors walking thru. Overall a nice place, I’d visit again 🙃🌈
