For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..

Great view but the unit needs to be updated

The condo is very spacious and the view is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool area and a restaurant located on the property is a nice plus for sure. Proximity to shopping is also very convenient if you’d like to buy last-minute supplies.Although the unit was spacious, we found the condo to be quite dated.All the body soap and shampoo jars in the bathrooms were half empty at best, or practically empty which is not acceptable. The beddings were old. The pillows and comforters were overly used, and the pillows were quite odorous even with pillow covers.The queen size mattresses were super soft, and I think it is time to buy new ones. Premium mattresses are firmer.The towels were clean but were very worn. One of the patio cushions was torn and needed to be sewn as the stuffing was spilling out. The cabinetry under the bathroom sinks were loose and need to be tightened. The pantry in the kitchen contained old towels and some bedding and assorted linens that had a moldy smell. Clearly no one has paid attention to these details.During the last day of our stay, one of the bathrooms faucet developed a severe leak for which we had to shut the water off at night. The drain in the jacuzzi was also green with mold.A nice thing to have would have been a ceiling fan on the outside terrace as it would get hot quickly. We saw that other units have it.I would consider staying at this unit again, but I believe the owners need to have stronger oversight over their unit and its upkeep.
