George at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked 5 nights but extended our stay with additions 4 nights as We loved our stay.”
“We had a great stay. The pool area is great and so is the staff. Even though they sometimes had no English speaking person around they called for someone or left a note and got back to me, so it worked out fine. Air condition was broken in our first room so they upgrade us directly which was perfect service. However, we had two dead giant cockroaches in our room two out of three mornings, but I am not so sensitive and found the hotel itself very clean. They were dead anyway...”
