“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“Just got back from this wonderful hotel. We spent 9 days here and we loved it. Yes there was a couple of things that took it down a bit for us but posetives definetly outweighed that. -the music by the pools were way to high all afternoons for us who wanted to relax. We took the pool furthest away from the music but it did not help unfortunately. -the pools were beutiful at first glance but when looking closer the tiles are starting to fall of at some places. +the food was really good in all...

“Incheckningen var lite av en mardröm då den tog strax över en timme att genomföra. Ett fantastiskt dåligt system för handdukar och solstolar. Omöjligt att få tag på en handduk om det är mycket folk och lika så solstol. Därtill är ju människor allmänt svin och ”paxar” stolar, något hotellet borde kunna hålla efter. Resturang och mat var väldigt bra men det var väldigt mycket registreringar här och där innan man fick tillgång till ett bord. Även i buffén. Personalen är trevlig men har inte det...

“The room was clean and spacious. Activities were on point so it was fun and things to do”

“Site was very nice and clean. Food and service were excellent. My only issue with the resort was the wifi coverage was spotty in certain areas. When we wanted to rent a kayak there was a waver that needed to be signed off. The waiver was online and when we tried to get online there was no Internet available at the building. We ended up not renting a kayak for that reason.”

“Ja”

“Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.”

“Felt more quiet and intimate than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to. Great people, food (except ribeye steak at Steak House was overcooked, too thin and fatty. Filet at Kulinariun restaurant was perfectly cooked)”

“Todo fue excelente”

“Stora rymliga rum. Dock ingår INTE solstolar på stranden, maten är allt annat är bra. Absolut inte värt pengarna för många brister för att det ska kännas som all inclusive.”

“The rooms were terrible. Our room was dirty. They had to come back and deep, clean it. The toilet was broke. The only thing I can say about the hotel was a staff was very pleasant in the bars and restaurants, but they were out of everything. It reminded me of a place that was going out of business. Definitely wasn’t a five star hotel not even at three Star.”

“A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. ”

“Very comfortable and a relaxing stay at “Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters”. 🏖️🏖️😍”

“Staff,facility was all great”
