“This is a former palace. The rooms are a huge and comfortable. The entire place is an oasis. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s located in the Medina of Fes and calling it a labyrinth would be an understatement. Upon our checkout they kindly carried our bags through this maze and hailed a taxi - and negotiated with the driver (a must do) to get us to the train station. “I do not recommend this Hilton because of the poor service provided by the staff.
I have always chosen to stay at Hilton hotels whenever I travel for either leisure or business, and I have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, this stay was my worst experience ever.
I requested a hairdryer several times over the course of three days, but I did not receive one until the last day of my stay. I also asked to be moved to a room on a higher floor. I was repeatedly promised that it would be arranged,...

Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay
Royal Mansour Tamuda BayM'diq
10/10 Utmärkt
My stay at Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay in Tetouan was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the best hotel experiences I have had. From the moment of arrival, the level of service was outstanding—attentive, discreet, and consistently thoughtful in every interaction. The staff’s commitment to excellence is evident throughout the property and greatly enhances the overall experience.
The interior design is another highlight. Elegant, refined, and beautifully curated, every space reflects a strong...
