"The staff were very friendly and provided an a mazing service unfortunately the food and facilities were not a 4 star hotel, dinning options were very limited, tiring and very boring for the entire week. Entertainment was poor as well. Over all the hotel did not meet the expectations due to the modesty of it. Definitely not a 4 star hotel."

"Nice hotel, with nice staff. Everything was up to standard! The breakfast was good, we haven’t had chance to try the restaurants but we did try the room service, and the food we ordered was not the best. The only thing that was a bit disappointing but other that it was perfect. "

"The first room I got smelled extremely bad. Like mold. I got a new room which had no towels. When the housekeeper had been to my room he/she left the door open which made it possible for anyone to get in to my room. I of course talked to the reception about all of these issues and they said they would try to talk to the responsible people. How ever that did not really help me at the moment. The street outside the hotel is very busy and I could hear the honking cars all night. Did not bother me, but is maybe not suitable for someone who needs a quiet environment to sleep. The beach outside the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. I went for a walk in the morning and saw trash going into the sea with the waves. People were sleeping on the beach with cardboard as a cover from the sand. The breakfast was good. The towel service was nice by the pool. Unfortunately the hotel not at all to the expected standard. The bare minimum I expect from any hotel is an apology when something goes wrong and that they close the door to my room after cleaning it."
