Lägenhetshotell i Riverwalk Metromover Station

“I will give you my honest review of this hotel. First off, I understand it's still under construction... there are no amenities available. Parking is 60.00 per day and the valet guys there are not very helpful. You pull up and they're all there just looking at you, not asking if they can help or anything. I had to tell them I am staying here. They tell you that you need to text them 15-20 min for your car, I texted them, waited much longer than 30 mins, they keep telling me "my car is on the...

“Unfortunately,it was not a great experience! If you plan to book this place think twice!Check in is difficult, rooms are not clean enough, the toilet was not working they did not fix it until the next day!Overall was not a good experience!”

“No recibimos ayuda para que el área de cocina funcionara correctamente; el triturador de alimentos no sirvió y no había presión de agua en el fregadero. Ofrecieron reembolsarnos el costo del estacionamiento porque NO nos dejaron la tarjeta de libre acceso al mismo; enviamos todos los comprobantes y no ha habido reembolso alguno.”

“Great private property in a beautiful hotel.”

“Good location in Little Havana. The bathroom is small. If you ever owned an RV or trailer it’s like that. Finagling yourself on the toilet and taking a shower are an interesting challenge. Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice.”

“no communication after i emailed them and messaged them on Expedia app, lot of thing broken in the unit. It was okay stay.”

“Check in was easy. Studio looks way bigger in the photos it’s basically just a room - it was 3 of us. All amenities including the lounge area closes at 11. I was having trouble with the tv so I went to watch in the lounge area and was told I had to leave because it closes at 11. The pool is also very small.”
