  • Fantastisk takvåning belägen på fjärde våningen i en liten byggnad i Via San Salvatore i Campo, i hjärtat av Roms historiska centrum, bara några steg från Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Largo Argentina och Campo de Fiori. Strategiskt läge för att besöka Roms historiska centrum, från lägenheten är alla viktiga sevärdheter lätt att nå till fots. Quaint apartment in a fantastic location. Easy to walk to all the main attractions and lots of great restaurants nearby. Yes, it’s a lot of stairs but you are rewarded with a nice view from the balcony that stays fairly shaded throughout the day offering a respite from the heat. Would stay here again.

We loved this property and the patio with a view that came with it. Having a washer in the place helped us get laundry done so we didn’t have to pack as much for our whole trip. The location is excellent and we had a great time! There are a lot of stairs to get into the penthouse but the comfort of the place was definitely worth it.

Great location to everything by walking. 5 floors climbing is a mundane task but the apartment was relaxing. Might suggest a lighter or matches to light stove as every does not smoke and running down the stairs trading to make dinner and back up to buy a lighter for stove is a challenge. Other than that. Truly enjoyed the location.

I will not recommend this appartment, even though once inside it was OK, but what the building on the exterior is AWFUL. We couldn't believe we had rented a place like that. I understand now why there is no picture of the outside. We would never havee rented this place.

Great Location

Very good stay. The entrance is not too nice but the appartment on top of the buildung ist just great for a city trip to Rome. We did not use on public transportation in our four day stay as the location is just perfect.

Fantastic location

Great property and location, right in the heart of Rome. Great restaurants within a few minutes, and easy walking distance to main tourist sites too Inside the property you have all the essentials and two balconies, with views of Rome skyline.

Quaint place in a fun part of town

We had a great stay here. The place was exactly as advertised (with the exceptions of steps to get to Penthouse. It was in a very active part of town and was centrally located so we could access everything. It was clean and all items were provided as promised

Walls and door frames, carpet on stairs were very dirty - rest of apt was clean - sheets and pillow had what we think was mold as well as on the wall by the bed - 97 narrow stairs to get to the room - door to entrance of the building was unbelievable - shocking thought for sure we were staying at a dump - door to the apt was also shabby - but interesting lock -patio was great - huge issue with AC it took 24 hours to get the room slightly cold - it was cool at best - host referred me to someone after hours - they asked me why I needed AC it’s spring - room was 30 degrees - he stopped helping me stated there were others that needed his help as they had “big problems” never called back after helping others - stay somewhere else this place is not worth it

Great terrace

Great location. The terraces provide sweeping views of the neighborhood. I loved the little bedroom on the top floor but there should be a warning that you need some agility to navigate the dollhouse spiral staircase.

Best Location

Great property perfectly located within walking distance to all major attractions. Stunning views from both balconies. Nice hot shower which seems to be a hard thing to find in Italy. The stairs are no joke so it wouldn’t be the best option for anyone physically impaired, but well worth it otherwise. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for (once we found it) and in an excellent location. Be advised that you'll need to walk up five floors (American) to reach the apartment.

Perfect apartment in Rome!

We had an amazing stay in Rome at this penthouse apartment in Campo de Fiori! It was exactly as pictured in the listing! It’s in a great location, walking distance to nearly all the main attractions. We loved having all the windows and doors open and just enjoying the view and hearing the hustle and bustle of Rome :) the property manager was very responsive and helpful and the check-in and out process was super easy. We want to come back and would love to stay here again!

Great location!

Great apartment with great views and right in the middle of everything. The stairs were worth it for the rooftop patio! Could have used more than one towel and check in was difficult.

Overall quite satisfied with this rental. The building that houses the appartment, the front door, and the common areas were quite grungy, but the appartment itself is cosy, bright, tidy, and functional! The little balcony with the view was an amazing perk and the main reason why I chose it. Yes there are many stairs to climb but it is the price to pay for a top floor appartment. If you have mobility or cardiac issues this may not be the place for you…The location was excellent, close to Piazza Navona and to Trastevere, and the neighborhood relatively quiet at night. I did not cook, but there was a bright kitchenette with a stove top, small fridge, and toaster oven. The water pressure in the shower was not great, but the bathroom was otherwise OK, and there is a washing machine which is a plus. The host was responsive by text messages if I had any questions. Overall I was happy with the appartment for the price I paid. I think it’s a good choice for a single person or a couple who would like to be centrally located.

Great rooftop studio

This is a great location. Almost anything you’ll want to see is walkable. Yes there are a lot of stairs, but once the luggage is up, it isn’t that bad. Communication was great, and check in was very easy. It was very clean. WiFi is good. Plenty of hot water. Washing machine is small but works fine - use the express cycle - the others are very long.

Great location!

We loved this property. Awesome location. Be warned- the apartment is 6 floors up and then another spiral staircase to the bedroom. Not a big deal at all for us, but some msg struggle with this. Breathtaking views, close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. One piece of feedback- we would have liked more towels and the water pressure was weak.

Summer visit

Overall, the apartment is great. The AC was a much needed welcome during the heat wave, especially after the stairs. The apartment is clean, has all you need, and it was a bonus to have a washing machine for laundry. We arrived late at night, and it was a bit hard to find… and the outside door was covered in graffiti, and it looked a bit rough. But it really was great, and in a convenient location to everything.

Petit mais bien situé si on veut être dans le cœur historique de Rome. Attention si vous avez une grosse valise à roulettes, il faut monter pour se rendre à l’appartement. Ce n’était pas un problème pour nous, mais il faut le savoir.
