  • När du väl kommer in i detta historiska palats och når bostaden på 3: e våningen kommer du att befinna dig framför den otroligaste utsikten över Trajan-kolonnen. Du kommer att upptäcka en mycket elegant inredd och möblerad lägenhet med ett stort vardagsrum, en matsal med fransk pappers-peint, tre sovrum med bästa sängkläder, tre badrum med lyxhanddukar, ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och en Nespresso-maskin och ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

The property was incredibly charming, and it gave a glimpse of family life in Rome. The home itself was luxurious and the hosts were extremely kind and attentive to us. Upon entry we were treated like family, and were provided with much needed information on the best of Rome, it was wonderful. The location was absolutely magnificent as it was right in the heart of all of the major landmarks. Our trip couldn’t have been better!!! We stayed as a family of five with teenage kids and we had more than enough space. Overall, this trip was one never to forget and staying in this beautiful apartment made it just that much more memorable.

I came to rome with my family. We could not have had a better stay. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. From the time we arrived from the airport we were treated with great service and a luxury experience. The communication with Gian and Christine was excellent. They did everything they could to make our stay incredible. Take advantage of the private tour company Promenades, the knowledge of the guides was outstanding. We moved in and out of the excursions seamlessly, we were truly enriched in the culture of Rome.

This property was perfect, better than the pictures and description!! The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The property was in a great location, was appointed with everything you could potentially need and need, and beautifully appointed. If we could give it 6 stars we would!! We are family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and stayed at the home for 4 nights.

This is an amazing property! The pictures are accurate - maybe not even as impressive as the place itself, which blends elegance with feeling at home. The location can't be beat - away from the crowds yet right in the center of everything - literally across the street from the Forum - and walkable to many more sites (colosseum, Trevi fountain, etc). The hosts are exceptionally helpful - communicative, friendly, helpful - and they take great care to add personal touches and make the experience special. They helped us arrange dinner reservations, private tours, and had the refrigerator pre-stocked. The beds were very comfortable, air was in every room. We lacked for nothing. Stay here - you will make special memories! We certainly did!!

Amazing stay in Rome!

We loved our stay at this fantastic property! The location is perfect for touring Rome, and the apartment itself and the views are amazing. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking Trajan's Column. It is perfect for families and is truly a unique property. We can't recommend it enough.

Short stay in Rome city center

Hosts were fabulous the views from the apartment or exactly what we had hoped. They organized golf trips for us with Emmanuel, who was amazing and a ride to the airport. They recommended restaurants. Very, very nice stay We look forward to coming back

The listing was very accurate. It was in a beautiful area with major tourist attractions close by as well as outstanding restaurants. The check-in process was excellent and everything was clean. Comfortable beds, great choice of coffee, and snacks upon arrival, etc. Would stay there again

From the moment we joined our stay the hosts, Gian and Cristina were incredibly helpful in planning private tours, personal chef, and private excursions. Gian Cristina were welcoming hosts who went the extra mile in every way. From excellent communication & logistics, to a personalized orientation of the property to providing much appreciated necessities like water, snacks, coffee and even a bottle of wine with a hand-written welcome note. If you are looking for a refined experience, look no further. The apartment is elegantly appointed, comfortable and in a phenomenal location - I cannot recommend it highly enough. Wonderful Apartment and Ideal Location

We had a wonderful time at Colonna Traiana. The apartment was perfect for our family and had all the amenities you would ever need. Gian was helpful and prompt in all our communications and was very helpful in putting me in contact with local experts who helped arrange private tours and tickets. The apartment is in an ideal location and we were able to walk to most destinations. Definitely a memorable stay!

A great time in Rome

Gian and his family offer a beautiful apartment in a central location. We had easy access to everything, and the location made getting around very simple. The apartment was spacious and allowed us to make breakfast each day before we headed out to see the sights. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home base. We highly recommend this apartment. Authentic Roman experience, excellent location, and wonderful hosts

This was our first time as a family to Italy and it did not disappoint. Our host Gian and his wife Cristiana were absolutely amazing to work with leading up to our trip and wonderful hosts while we were there. We truly felt like family as they extended what use to be their home to our family for the week. The location was perfect and the terrace gave us beautiful views enjoy a nice Italian glass of wine and look out over the Trajan Forum. Thank you Gian and Cristina for a wonderful stay and welcoming us into your beautiful home and city.

Amazing stay in Rome, 10 stars!

You must stay here to experience Rome. Gian and Cristina are amazing hosts and so welcoming it is like you are staying with family! Our family of 4 (two teenage daughters) stayed for 5 nights and our experience was exquisite. We are already trying to plan our next trip back to Rome! Perfect Roman apartment with plenty of room!The accommodations are beyond any hotel you will stay at in Rome and you are staying within ancient Rome. Gian helped us plan our stay and his recommendations for restaurants and using Petites Promenades and Sylvia were "spot on" for a cooking class, catacombs tour and day trip to Napoli and Pompei! He also helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which was so appreciated.We definitely look forward to returning!
