Room was in an unbelievable location - round the corner from the Colosseum and central for the rest of the city. There is also a metro station very close by if you are waning to go further around Rome. The room was great - everything we needed for a couple of days and spacious. The check in process is simple in theory but internet is required to access the app and when you are in the property there is not good signal - would recommend trying to do the check in process before going in/upstairs. Hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Location is wonderful and host is very responsive. However, the property is somewhat dated. Additional towels will be great as we were only provided with one thin towel per person for 4 nights.

Gabriel is a very welcoming host and communication were fast with all information needed for our stay in Rome. Apartment in Monti neighborhood is most likely one of the most central area to visit all the sites in Rome by foot. Also, plenty of food and drinks options just out of the apartment in this lively Roman vibe neighborhood. Still, it was very quiet and we had great nights to recover from our busy days discovering. Overall, a perfect stay, thanks Gabriel!

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Would not be an issue to have a 3 or 4 people in total here for a few days. Location was fantastic. 5-8 minute walk to the Colosseum. 12-15 to Trevi. 30 to Trastevere. (We do walk quick though) Minutes to many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, and bars. Gabriele was very attentive during the check in process and explained everything perfectly. The only negative is our time in Rome had to come to an end. Thanks Gabriele

We love staying in Monti; it's like being in a small town in the center of a big city. This property was excellent for our most recent stay. It's wonderfully located and was entirely sufficient for our needs. It was clean and very comfortable. Gabriele is a superior host. From the check-in through the stay, the communications could not have been better. Everything about the stay here was top-rated. This is an apartment we would stay in again without hesitation.

Enjoyable week in Via Baccina

An ideal location within 30 minutes walk of most of Rome's attractions, but also close to Cavour Metro too. Monti is a vibrant place with lots of boutique shops to explore. The apartment had plenty of room for a couple and the little kitchen was sufficient enough to cook simple pasta meals in. I would certainly stay here again.
