APARTAMENT WITH GORGEOUS PRIVATE TERRACE IN THE HEART OF ROME

We are located in the Rione Trastevere, one of the most characteristic and historical districts of the Eternal City.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a prestigious building and accommodates up to 6 people.



As soon as you enter you will find a large living room with separated areas: the dining room with the table and then a nice relaxing area with sofa, fireplace and TV. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy yourself between the cookers.

The highlight is found by climbing the spiral staircase; here you will have at your complete disposal a wonderful terrace with a view over the city, Mirta\'s strong point, a truly special place where you can share good times in the open air.

Finally, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which en-suite. You will also always have clean towels and a kit of eco-friendly soaps and shampoos provided by Daplace.

The apartment is at a very nice location, with lot of attractions at walking distance or well connected by bus.It has a nice master bedroom and a big balcony. But overall apartment is not worth the price. Its bit cramped for group of 6 people. Sofa bed is not comfortable. One of the bathroom has no shower curtain or glass, so whenever one takes shower, entire bathroom gets messy.Everything looks quite aged. Cabinets need repair. Entrance and elevator looks poorly maintained.

If you do not have the ability to make an international call from your phone (unless you have an Italian phone number) you literally cannot get past the gate to get into the building. We did not have toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper, but never got a response. They are great about making sure their needs our met, but seem to have no interest in answering your questions. The upstairs bed is extremely uncomfortable. The photos you see are all wide angle, making things look bigger than they are. To be sure, it is a nice apartment with a lovely terrace. But no toilet paper (we looked everywhere) and no communication was extremely disappointing. We had trouble getting into the apartment, and there was no getting a hold of the host. I asked the host questions over the vrbo platform and the phone number the company provided. Never got a response.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© . Le quartier de Trastevere est trĂšs agrĂ©able et on rejoint le centre de Rome en quelques minutes Ă  pied. La communication avec la personne qui gĂšre l'appartement Ă©tait parfait. MĂȘme en envoyant un message Ă  22h vous avez immĂ©diatement une rĂ©ponse ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. L'appartement est moins "pimpant" que sur les photos. Il mĂ©riterait un petit rafraichissement. Les murs et les portes sont un peu sales mais l'appartement en lui mĂȘme est trĂšs propre. La fenĂȘtre de la 2Ăšme chambre fermait mal et il faisait un peu froid. Pas de rideau de douche dans une des salles de bain. Ce serait bien d'avoir un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (plat pour le four, Ă©pluche lĂ©gumes, cuillĂšres et spatules). Pas de torchon Ă  vaisselle, il faut essuyer avec du sopalin...pas trĂšs Ă©cologique. Pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle non plus. Quand on reste quelques jours, ce serait bien qu'une ou 2 pastilles soient fournies. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes trĂšs contents de notre sĂ©jour.

What a pleasure to wake up in Gensola house! The bedroom with an en-suite bathroom provides all the necessary comfort, while the terrace is perfect for romantic breakfasts overlooking the rooftops of Trastevere.
