A comfortable 140 sq m apartment, perfect for 6 people, located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator (NOT accessible to disabled guests), with steps for access.

The property is located just steps from Trastevere Station, in a well-served area with excellent connections to Rome's city center.

The strategic location allows for easy access to the capital's main attractions.

The accommodation comprises a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, a 55 Smart TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- KITCHEN with induction hob, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM I with double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM III with double bed (180x200 cm), bedside tables, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, split A/C;

- BATHROOM I with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II with shower stall Raised bathroom, sink, bidet, and toilet (step to reach the bidet and toilet);

- BALCONY I (accessed from the living room) with table and chairs;

- From Rome Ciampino Airport, take the shuttle to Ciampino train station, continue by taking a train to Roma Termini, and then take another train to Roma Trastevere, a 6-minute walk from the property.

The apartment was great for us. It was a comfortable size for our family (six adults). The location in Trastevere was convenient to all of the sights we wanted to see in Rome. We tended to walk to everything, which was usually 30 to 40 minutes. There is very accessible public transportation that we did use on several occasions. Great place and easy to work with.
