The guy we dealt with, (Giovani?) was NOT friendly, polite or helpful at all.
He didn't introduce himself, welcome us or explain anything. He just kept texting through whatsapp, 'I need your bank info before I can give you codes'.
We felt uncomfortable giving our bank info just like that.
The front door doesn't actually latch so really, no code was needed. The shared area looked fine but we didn't use it so can't say more on that.
The room itself is a medium sized closet. Smaller than we expected. I put the chair in the window sill because it was right in the middle of the room and literally blocking the 'walkway' to the bathrom. The double bed was up against the wall with the shower at the foot of the bed. The shower leaks, and the owner 'fixed' the baseboards by using clear masking tape. The the walls & floor are rotting. You can smell a musty moldy smell the moment you walk in the 'bedroom'.
The bathroom was fine but the toilet lid kept falling off.
I thought it was clean but when I sat down to use the toilet I saw medium length dark hairs on the floor right in front of the sink. I have short reddish blonde hair and my husband hadn't been in there yet. That grossed me out, theres almost nothing worse than hair! It's a really small room to clean, so I don't know how those hairs were missed.
Walls are paper thin, we heard a female wretching, dry-heaving and barfing one morning. Other than it being close to the Coliseum, we don't recommend!
