    just steps from the stunning Trevi Fountain! A chic, modern loft in a rare, charming 17th-century building featuring an antique washbasin in the lobby! Tucked away and well-insulated from the hustle and bustle around the Trevi Fountain, this first-floor walk-up loft offers an open-concept layout with a living room complete with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The loft also boasts two lovely sleeping areas and two bathrooms with showers.

    Location, Location, Location! The best Italian restaurants and shopping are in the area, and the loft is located within walking distance of all the major attractions.

    In addition, the loft features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and plenty of natural light! Plus, there’s a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator!

    Booking Highlights
    Payment and cancellation policies are outlined in the website’s terms and conditions. Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM by appointment, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. To schedule an appointment, please reply to our confirmation email at least 5 days before arrival. Any outstanding city tax not collected at the time of booking must be paid separately in cash (euros) at check-in. The city tax is currently 3.50€ per guest (ages 11 and up) per night for up to 10 nights. The damage deposit is 200.00€, payable via credit card authorization. This apartment is smoke-free and pet-free.

    Please note that this is a first-floor apartment with no elevator; therefore, if you need special assistance with your luggage, upon advance request, our bellhop service can assist you at check-in as well as at check-out for a small fee. As this is a loft, the bedroom ceilings are low.

Location couldn’t be better. 100 feet from Trevi fountain. Dunia was a great host and her apartment manager Andrea was great. Would definitely go back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dunia's apartment loft. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort in a centralized location. We are a family of 3 and the space was perfect for our 9 day stay. Especially after a day of walking and exploring the city, there was plenty of space to rest our tired backs and feet. The apartment was clean with all the basic amenities. The beds were cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night. I also appreciated the kitchen and being able cook simple quick meals. Making a latte and having a pastry every morning in the kitchen felt more like home.The location was perfect—convenient walking distance to famous sites, cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants; while still feeling safe. Although the apartment is located in a busy dense neighborhood, the actual unit itself is located far in enough in the building where you cant hear the crowds. Occasionally, you will hear the restaurant downstairs outside the window playing dinner music for their customers but nothing crazy loud like a disco dance club. Getting to the main entrance door of the apartment builiding was easy to find. However, finding the apartment inside the building requires a little help from Dunia. A day before our arrival, Dunia sent us clear, easy-to-read instructions for self check-in. Caution to travelers who pack a lot or have multiple large size luggage: there is one short flight of steep steps in a narrow hallway; there is no elevator/lift. Overall, it was

Great place

This is a great place to stay that is super close to the Trevi Fountain. The street where the apartment is located is super busy and was a little noisy but once in the apartment we didn’t hear anything. It was super quiet. The door to access the apartment is kind of discreet and it’s a little bit of a maze to get back to the apartment once through that door. This includes a narrow set of stairs that can be a little tricky with your luggage. There ceilings in certain areas are a little low and I found myself (6’1”) ducking a lot to avoid hitting my head. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We also had an early flight upon departure. We used a company (Globetrotter) right around the corner to schedule a private transport to the airport. There are a lot of great restaurants and gelato shops everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Many Hostels Are Cleaner

When you arrive, be ready to walk through what looks like an abandoned building, up dangerous steps, and smelly vapor clouds to get to your door. Then when you walk in, every piece of furniture and appliance is cheap and broken. They provide you with half a roll of toilet paper, half a roll of paper towels, missing cookware, and a total of 6 forks. You also get to live with the thumping of the restaurant music below every night until midnight. The property isn't cleaned and maintained. Examples include: (1) mildew and mold in the showers and all over the glass enclosure of the showers, (2) my suitcase collected a thick layer of dust from me just putting it on the ground, (3) broken appliances and items throughout. Other than them dropping off the keys, don't expect any service. I made a simple request due to an issue with the property to the host, Dunia Molina, on Friday. She said she would be busy during the weekend and would get to it on Monday. On Monday, she didn't return my texts and ghosted me. I never heard from her again. The location is 50 steps from the Trevi Fountain. While central and close to a tourist site, expect constant traffic and crowds.
