Self Check in Option. Characteristic and bright apartment in the heart of the historic center of Rome, in the famous Via dell’Orso, near Piazza Navona. Fully equipped, with free wi-fi and air conditioning. The apartment is located in the baroque heart of Rome, just 500 meters from Piazza del Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Located on the 3rd floor of a historic 17th century building, with no lift, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sofa, convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for short and long term. Suitable for business stay.

We had a lovely room in a fantastic location. The check in process was very personable with Valerio showing us the different parts of the apartment. The room was a perfect size for my 2 kids and husband and I. There was plenty of shops and things to do near by. Many things were in walking distance. We would definitely come back if we came back to Rome with our family. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Not a Smart TV and cable connection was terrible!Wall Outlets - Not nearly enough around the apartment.Floor Level - 3rd Floor with no elevator (Have fun bringing up large suitcases in the very narrow stairway!!!)Refrigerator - Very tiny. The listing says third floor, it's four floors, eight flights of very steep, very slick, very narrow stairs. Climbing them was harder than the Spanish steps and more tiring than any part of my trip. Especially having to hurry up then with my luggage for the rushed and pushy property manager. The stairs were extreme enough I repeatedly requested to cancel or modify my reservation for them but was refused. The bed was so soft that you instantly sink in with a deep divot that stays in the bed. There was no top sheet, and the comforter was quite old and had a torn duvet cover on it. The couch was stained, dirty, and had a cheap cover on it. There was trash from the prior renter, The shower head can't stay up or pointed in one direction while on but turns and slides to the bottom. The washing machine left clothes soaked to the point of funny and can't fit more than 1 pair of pants. No soap, coffee, or supplies included and only one towel provided for over a week stay. There was construction next door and on the street and it was loud during the day but quiet at night. The location was great, but not worth the stairs and general quality of stay. The TV only had Italian channels and no smart features or use to a tourist.

A fine studio apartment, in the heart of historical Rome, central to almost anything you might want to do. It is on the fourth floor, so make sure multiple trips up and down the stairs are within your ability. We had a little problem with the building's garbage removal not working as suggested, but we are confident that the agency managing the apartment will have that taken care of - they were responsive to our communications. Overall, a top notch stay

Great place! Our check-in person was communicative on timing and helped introduce us easily to the space. He also made change for me on the cash city taxes, which he didn’t have to do. Location was amazing, the stairs were not, but were expected. Be careful of the energy usage - we used the washing machine and air conditioning simultaneously and killed the power, but it was easy to reset. The washing machine worked great until the spin cycle, and then became SO LOUD - air dry is better. AC was awesome. Bed frame also creaks pretty loud when you shift around, but it didn’t keep us awake. Front door you have to turn the key farther than you think it should go - we struggled with that at first. Place was overall very clean and comfortable. Would stay again for the reasonable price and awesome location.

Loved the high ceilings and the roomy space! Everything was clean with convenient appliances. The washing machine was quite small but suited our needs. Bed was a bit soft for back sleepers but since we clocked 20k steps per day, we were too tired to notice and slept fineLocation was great for seeing all the sites!

The location was perfect. We loved coming back to a quiet lane away from the crowds while still being within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The bed was very soft, which I liked, but my husband struggled with it so if you prefer or need a firm bed this won’t be a good place for you.

5 nights in Rome

Overall a great stay. Check in process was great and they were extremely flexible and communicated clearly as our flight was canceled and we landed a day later than we were supposed to. The Vrbo is located on a quiet street but within walking distance to many of the main attractions in Rome. Highly recommend.

This apartment is so sweet and perfect!! Unfortunately while in Rome I fell ill and spent 4 days in bed and I was so grateful for this quiet centrally located apartment. Everything that you could possibly need is within a 5 minute walk and delivery service and taxis come direct to your door. I will absolutely rent this place again when I come back for my “do over” visit! Check in was great and Valerio carried my big bag up the 3 flights of stairs for me… I highly recommend this apartment!

Ideal location and size

Very cute, quiet, plenty of light and close to a lot of attractions. Bed and pillows were fine. 3rd floor (65 steps from street into unit). Stairway is narrow, luckily i received help with my luggage. Easy check-in. Adriano is very infomative. Water tank small; 2 quick showers worth. So if you have more people...shower fast. Just an FYI- not a big issue for me but did wonder before i arrived. I came off a 15 day cruise and was travelling 5 more days after rome, so we had to do a load. It has the smallest washer. It looks normal in pics but its only about 10" deep inside. So small loads only. They have a rack for you to hang dry items but it took two days to dry most items and i kept wringing them out at the lowest points to help the process.15 min. Walk to Vatican. 5 in. Walk to hop on/ hop off bus. Taxi station 1 block away. Plenty of food options everywhere. Make sure you have your maps working on your phone the street signs are hard to find and its not a simple grid system. I used mine a lot just to get my bearing through the narrow streets with tall buildings. Would stay again.
