The apartment is a 10 min bus ride from the central part of Rome but the bus stop was right outside the apartment. It was quick and easy. The apartment was updated, beautiful and clean, we loved everything about it! Beatrice was a dream to deal with! She even helped us to get a ride to our cruise port after. All 6 of us said we would book again when we come back to Rome!!

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Rome. It was comfortable clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh meals from the fresh produce from the market around the corner. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. One thing I didn’t realize was that it is further removed from Rome Central than I expected, which was not a problem, but if you’re looking to experience the Rome Central lifestyle this would not be an ideal stay for you. If you’re looking to stay away from heavily populated tourist areas than this is the place for you. We walked to Vatican City and a number of the must see attractions in Rome. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Beatrice and Romeo were very available and accessible whenever I needed any questions answered.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was nice, just as described. It is located in a neighborhood with multiple restaurants and eateries, which was great. A grocery was also close by. We especially loved the coffee and pastry shop right next door and visited it each morning. There is a taxi stand also in front of the property, although getting a taxi in Rome was hit or miss for us the entire stay (including in the city). Overall, it was a pleasant stay although if ever returning, might opt to be more central in the city.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentral gelegenem Appartement

Wir waren als MĂ€delsgruppe unterwegs und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rom. Beatrice hat uns freundlicherweise nach unserer Ankunft die Koffer entgegengenommen, so dass wir direkt mit der Erkundung der Stadt starten konnten. Das Appartement ist zentral an einem großen Platz gelegen, wir konnten deshalb eigentlich alle SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Aber auch ein Taxistand vor der TĂŒr oder die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer NĂ€he wĂ€ren Optionen gewesen. Die Wohnung bietet zwei gerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer mit eigenen BĂ€dern und eine wirklich gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Einzig die LautstĂ€rke der vielbefahrenen Straße und der Stadt war etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Aber nach einigen Tagen eigentlich kein Problem mehr, wir haben sogar auf dem Balkon gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt. Vielen Dank Beatrice fĂŒr den freundlichen Empfang und die guten Tipps.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Beatrice did an excellent job communicating. We liked the pastry shop and Todis food market that were nearby. We dined at the Boris restaurant and food was very good. Overall we had a good experience.

Convenient location

We stayed four days at this unit. Everything went well, the beds were great. The water in Rome is excellent far better than a lot of places we’ve experienced. The restaurants are very good just across the street. We tried four or five all regret. The bus transportation is right there one very important thing that I noticed was The building seems quite secure. It’s lockdown pretty good. But the best part is that the owner is not very far from you and if there’s any problems, she is great to handle anything. She handled our transportation and helped us above and beyond what we all expected. I can’t say enough about Beatrice what a wonderful lady.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and excellent for our family. I would stay there again. We would Uber into the city for sightseeing and walk back. We loved exploring the city this way. There are plenty of places close at hand to buy food for the apartment and your stay.

Excellent choice

The stay was wonderful and so was Beatriz. The neighborhood was a bit of a walk to the main areas of attractions. Bakery right downstairs but the staff was not very friendly to tourists, which is a shame because had they been we would have been there every morning. However, the apartment itself was excellent.

Perfect AC in Roma

This was the perfect apartment, tucked away for quiet nights of sleep, but still only a short drive away from the city attractions. We experienced a heat wave, so the apartment AC was perfect to have on when we returned each day. It was very nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, all the things. We enjoyed the coffee shop at the corner, and right across the street was a little grocery store, convenient store, McDonalds, ATMs, and many restaurants to walk to. We were able to catch a Taxi at the Taxi stop next to the Apt building a few times, but other times really needed the FreeNow app to schedule a taxi to come. Vatican was walking distance (~30 mins walk away), but we did need to allow at least 30-35 mins to get to central Rome attractions due to heavy traffic and waiting for Taxis. The owner was so nice, very communicative, and helped schedule airport transportation for us - highly recommend doing especially if you are a party of 4+ with 4+ checked bags. Would definitely come stay here again when we return to Roma!

Family Stay in Rome

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Rome. The property was exactly what I imagined it to be, if not better. Beatrice reached out right after booking and was easy to contact leading up to our stay. She graciously offered to have a driver pick us up from the airport for an additional fee. We declined thinking we could find cheaper options, which there were but only slightly. If you want to be worry free and avoid the stress of waiting in lines for a taxi, I would recommend taking the offer. We were greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the apartment which was appreciated. There was a bus stop just a few steps from the apartment and we found they were easy to navigate and pretty reliable. I would recommend staying here to any family and friends.

Super zentral!

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, aber man kann auch zum Vatikan laufen. Gastgeberin sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Parken in der Parkgarage neben an war auch sehr gut. Danke

Excellent Host.

Very clean modern apt. Did not prepare any meals but it has a full kitchen. Beatrice you thought of everything including Italy adapters( I dad my own) which shows attention to detail. Wunderschöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Voll ausgestattet und komfortabel. Beatrice ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Freundliche Kommunikation, sehr hilfsbereit. Auch ihr Assistent Romeo hat eine problemlose Übergabe der Wohnung mit uns gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Touristengeschehen. Ca. 2 km vom Vatikanstaat. Mit dem Bus ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Beatrice und Romeo! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
