WHAT ABOUT YOU? We have been in the hospitality business since 2009, and our commitment and passion are rewarded by the enthusiasm of our guests from all over the world, and by their numerous reviews (please read them), all of them fully positive.

WHAT PART OF ROME IS THE APARTMENT SITUATED IN? The flat is in the central Appio district. The area is central and very close to the historic centre. Rome's main metro line, Metro A, is just a 2-minute walk away. What's more, the area is authentic, lively and safe, with restaurants and shops for locals, not just tourists.

WHICH TOURIST ATTRACTIONS CAN WE REACH FROM THE SUBWAY? Starting already from a central location everything else in central Rome is quickly accessible. You will easily reach the Basilica of St. John Lateran (4 stops, 6 minutes), Viale Manzoni (Coliseum district, 5 stops, 9 minutes) and then Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore (Esquilino), Termini Station, Via Nazionale, Via Cavour, Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo (Villa Borghese), Via del Corso, Saint Peter Square, the Vatican and Vatican Museums. Metro A intersects Metro B at the Termini train station, from which you can easily travel to the Colosseum, the Roman forum, the Circus Maximus and Caracalla’s Baths.

CAN WE CAN WALK TO THE PLACES OF TOURIST INTEREST? Yes, you can. The famous Appia Antica Archaeological Park, for example, is within walking distance crossing the Caffarella Park whose entrance is located 1 minute of walk from the apartment. The Appia Antica park, major tourist destination, is very visited because of the presence of the Catacombs of Domitilla, San Callisto, San Sebastiano and the many archaeological finds, including the mausoleums of Cecilia Metella and the original road paving of Ancient Rome. The Central Archaeological Area (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus and Caracalla Baths) is about 30 to 35 minutes' walk away.

WILL YOU GIVE US SUGGESTIONS AND DIRECTIONS? Before your arrival you will receive our advice with regards to public transport, how to reduce the costs of museum visits, and how to avoid the very long lines at the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. Our guests have very much appreciated the utility of this information. In the apartment you will find further suggestions, and a tourist guidebook that we will lend to you.

IS THE APARTMENT IN A QUIET AREA? IS IT BRIGHT? Yes, it is. The apartment is situated off a main road, in a quiet street with little traffic. In addition, the apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows. It is very bright because it has a southern exposure and is located on a medium-high floor of a 7-floor building. The building has an elevator.

WHAT ABOUT THE APARTMENT PLAN? The apartment contains a bright and very well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a queen-sized sofa, a quiet bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. Air conditioning. Parquet. It also includes a 15 square meter terrace with awnings, tables, and chairs, offering guests the option of open-air dining.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE APARTMENT ACCOMMODATE? The inside of the apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 adults. Bedroom: double bed (King-size) and single bed, a crib for a baby. Living room: double sofa bed (King-size). The sofa is very easy to open. All the beds are equally comfortable.

IS THE HOUSE SUITABLE TO ACCOMMODATE TWO COUPLES? Yes, it is. The apartment can comfortably accommodate two couples. Both the living room as well as the bedroom are separated from the rest of the house by a door. The double sofa bed in the living room is of excellent quality. In the living room there is a walk-in closet.

DO WE NEED TO BRING TOWELS AND SHEETS? When you arrive, you will find the beds already made up, with perfectly sanitized sheets (professional washing), and towels of various sizes, including large ones for the shower.

WILL WE FIND THE APARTMENT CLEAN? On your arrival you will find the apartment perfectly clean. Cleanliness is among the most appreciated aspects in our guests' reviews.

IS THE INTERNET SIGNAL RELIABLE? Yes, it is. We offer a very good Wi-Fi connection.

IS THE KITCHEN WELL EQUIPPED? The kitchen is equipped with everything. Pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, mixer, various accessories, plates, glasses, and plenty of cutlery.

CAN WE EAT ON THE TERRACE? The terrace has an area of 15 square meters and is furnished with awnings, tables and chairs for aperitifs or outdoor meals.

ARE THERE GROCERY STORES NEAR THE APARTMENT? The neighborhood has plenty of supermarkets. Close to the apartment you will find every type of store (bakeries, delicatessens, fish markets, butchers, pastry shops, rotisseries, ice-cream stores, etc.) and a typical local market with fresh meat and fish, and above all locally produced fruit and vegetables.

ARE THERE RESTAURANTS AND PIZZERIAS IN THE AREA? Appio neighborhood has many restaurants, excellent typical trattorie and pizzerias. We will advise you of the best places for quality and price.

WE ARE ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT. HOW DO WE GET TO THE HOUSE? Before your arrival, we will give you detailed information on how to get to the house easily by public transport or taxi.

ARRIVING BY CAR: IS VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ALLOWED IN THE FLAT’S STREET? The apartment is located outside of the “ZTL”, the restricted traffic zone. So, traffic is allowed in our neighborhood and in the street of the apartment. Parking is public and free. Our neighborhood is very safe. If you prefer there is a garage a few steps from the apartment (12 - 15 euro per day). You don't need your car during your stay because the subway is very close to the apartment.

WHAT TIME CAN WE CHECK IN? At 4pm. Generally, by request we can facilitate an earlier check-in. A fee of 30 euros may be charged for arrivals beyond 9 p.m. Over 11 p.m. 50 euros. It is generally possible to leave suitcases in the house before 4 p.m. The service is free of charge.

WHO WILL DELIVER THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT? Upon your arrival, we will be there to welcome you. We will hand over the keys, show you the apartment and respond to all your questions. Living only 10 minutes away, we will be at your disposal for any assistance you might require.

WHAT TIME MUST WE CHECK OUT? Check-out is generally by 10 a.m. Upon your request, it is generally possible to leave your bags in the house after 10 a.m. This service is free of charge.

WE ARE SCHEDULED TO DEPART FROM ROME VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING. IS THIS A PROBLEM FOR YOU? No, it’s no problem. We can arrange to allow you to leave Rome in the early hours of the day.
