Lägenheten är ljus och helt tyst eftersom de stora fönstren vetter mot innergårdar. Den består av 2 sovrum med en king size-säng vardera, 1 sovrum med 2 enkelsängar (som kan sammansättas som en kung, 2 moderna och eleganta badrum med dusch och ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, bord, stolar och ett fullt utrustat kök. En liten bäddsäng kan läggas i ett sovrum.

Denna vackert dekorerade lägenhet i Rom Colosseum har allt du behöver för din oförglömliga romerska semester: bekväma sängar, 2 badrum, pålitlig wi-fi, LCD-platt-TV med satellit och många utländska kanaler i varje rum, kassaskåp, tvättmaskin, strykjärn och strykning styrelse, hårtork, luftkonditionering överallt, värme. Det nya köket har spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kyl, frys, brödrost, vattenkokare, kaffebryggare och köksredskap.

Läget i Rom Colosseum är utmärkt, bara en kort promenad till de viktigaste monumenten och turistattraktionerna i det antika Rom: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Arch of Constantine, Nero's Domus Aurea, Basilica of S. Clement, påvens basilika av S. John Lateran, basilikan av S. Mary Major, Circus Maximus, Sannhetens mun och Aventine Hill.

Du kan enkelt gå till Historical Center och nå de andra platserna även om du kan ta dig dit med tunnelbana också: Trevifontänen, Spanska trappan, Navona-torget, Campo dei Fiori, Borghese Gallery, etc.

Området är säkert och många bra restauranger, barer, livsmedel och många butiker för att köpa lokal mat och italienska produkter. I byggnaden finns en liten butik öppen 7/7 till midnatt för att köpa drycker, frukt, grönsaker etc.

Rom Colosseum Apartment är rökfria och familjevälkommen. På begäran och gratis kan du ha barnsäng, barnvagn och barnstol. Även om jag älskar djur, är husdjur inte tillåtna med avseende på människor som lider av allergier.

Riccardo and Paolo are truly amazing. They are very helpful and always quickly respond to any message. The apartment is just what we needed as a group of 5, and the air conditioning was the best and MUCH needed. Beds were comfortable and the living area was great. All in all, we would definitely come back and stay here, very central, made it easy to walk. Paolo recommended the Capri and Amalfi day trip tours- do not miss, the best experience!

Extremely convenient location, lots of room for my group of 8 to spread out. Paolo was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It was nice to hear the history of the building and surrounding area. The living/kitchen area isn't huge, but they've made it work well with a dining table that easily changes size depending on your current activity.

Paolo was a wonderful host. The place is clean, well equipped. The washer/dryer was very handy for 10 day travel. The location is so close to the Colosseum and close to metro and bus to other sights. Paolo provided great info on . Walking distance to Roma Termini train station. Great stay. Well stay when visiting Rome.

Wonderful stay in Rome

We had a lovely stay in Rome. Paolo was incredibly helpful regarding arranging transportation for 5 members of our family, providing information regarding a local market and coffee/pastry location. We were within walking distance of the Colosseum and many wonderful restaurants. Thank you for contributing to such a fun vacation. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Good location. Close to the colosseum

Location is very good short walk to the colosseum. Bedrooms are a good size. Communication with Paolo was great and he helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport (at our cost but it was nice). Easy walk to several restaurants. Kitchen amenities okay but could be improved. However, I would not stay again for 3 reasons. First, the A/C was set at 18F and this was not cool enough at night and we had to sleep with shirts off 1 or 2 nights (to be fair, we live in Minnesota and we went in summer when the highs were 95F). This might not be an issue if you go when it’s cooler. Second, the showers were tiny. Lastly, there was no TV in the living room.

Great location

This apartment was in a great location to walk to multiple shops, food and tourist spots. Easy to grab a cab from the front door for further adventures. The host was responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for our large group.

Great host, disappointing property

Paolo was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive to our questions! He was helpful in arranging transfers to and from the airport and even organizing a couple cab rides to various sites. Unfortunately the place was just dirty. Dust bunnies were all over the floors and inside the wardrobes. I dropped an earring on the floor and was frankly grossed out when I bent down to pick it up. The showers were exceedingly small and unfortunately leaked quite a bit, resulting in water getting all over the bathroom floors after a rinse off. The beds weren't very comfortable but did the job after long days walking around Rome. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great property & great host

We stayed with our four young adult/teen children in this property this week. Everyone had plenty of room, and the beds were comfortable. The host, Paolo, was great with communication if we had questions, booked a taxi pickup for us and stored our baggage after checkout when we were staying a little longer in Rome. The property is as it appears in the pictures, there are TVs in all bedrooms where you can login to your Netflix account (my boys liked this) and the air conditioning works great which is needed during the summer. There is a washer/dryer combo in the apartment which is helpful for washing during the summer. It takes a little reading of the instructions to figure out, and a long time (4-5) hours per load to wash & dry which is a lot longer than we are used to in the US, but it did work great once we figured it out. All in all a great place close to the Colosseum to stay with our family.

Close to collosium, good local restaurants and a Rome home from home. Paolo the host was very helpful, lots of information and recommendations for good places to eat away from the tourist traps. I would recommend it.

Colloseum stay

The apartment is very closed to the colosseum on a fifth floor with elevator. The apartment is somewhat old but well maintained and renewed bathrooms. Paolo was an excellent host, always available and helping us with the transfer and recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and quiet with easy access to all the Roman sites. All the amenities were as described along with a few extras like umbrellas (which were needed with the sudden rain). The beds were comfortable and it was great to have room and privacy for the entire family. It was easy to walk or catch a taxi from this location. And the view of the coliseum at the end of the street was pretty special! Paolo greeted us when we arrived and walked us through the apartment, answered all our questions and arranged for return to the airport later in the week. (He arranged our pick up when we arrived too. Transportation was in a comfortable MB van, making the ride very enjoyable!). This exceeded my expectations - the accommodations were perfect, host is very responsive, and couldn't be in a better location! As for the unexpected - Paolo informed us when we arrived that WiFi in the bedrooms wasn't working (it worked in the common area) but he already called for service and it could probably be fixed remotely. (We arrived on the weekend.) However, the service people needed to come in the property to fix it on Monday. He called us first to be sure it would be ok for them to access the apartment and gained our approval before proceeding. By the time we returned from site seeing, the WiFi was fixed. He was very respectful and courteous and we appreciated the communication. This is a well managed apartment by an honest man. Enjoy your stay!

Agréable appartement

Très bien situé à deux pas du Colisée, avec des bus fréquents à proximité. 3 grandes chambres confortables, conformes à la description, une cuisine bien équipée. Paolo est un hôte prévenant et sympathique, qui donne de bons conseils (restaurants, supérettes, etc. à proximité). N'hésitez pas aussi à faire appel à ses services pour les transferts appartement-aéroport.

Great Colosseum rental

Excellent location for Colosseum and Palatine Hill area activities. We loved the local markets and foods, very tasty and convenient. The beds were comfy and air conditioning superb.

Lovely apartment

We had 12 magical days in Rome with our family of 5. 3 daughters from ages 21-32 This was an excellent location with a view of the colosseum as soon as you step out to the street. Apartment is just as it appears in the pics although a little narrower but I expected that. Clean and quiet. Paolo was super responsive to any question and he helped us immensely in getting a private driver for a day trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place

The apartment was just as described. Beds comfortable and AC is cold in every room. Loved the washer but the dryer was terrible- beat to hang clothes up to dry. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. Elevator was great since it is on the 5th floor/ Paolo was very attentive the whole time and even met us there upon arrival. Warning- beware many pickpockets on metro. My wallet was lifted by 2 girls working together. Don’t talk to anyone- just do your thing and ignore the other people.

Perfect location!
