It’s just a few minutes’ walk to Sapienza University and the beautiful Villa Torlonia Park, where you can spend a few relaxing hours.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



The Nomentano neighborhood is a residential area located in the northeast of the city. The neighborhood centers around Piazza Bologna, the commercial heart of the district along with its side streets. Behind this square, between Viale XXI Aprile and Via Nomentana, lies the most sought-after area, featuring numerous late 19th- and early 20th-century buildings surrounded by greenery.

Just a stone’s throw from La Sapienza University and the Policlinico Umberto I hospital complex, one of Rome’s most renowned medical centers.

A vibrant neighborhood full of shops, bars, and restaurants, it is well-connected to Rome’s historic center, served by the metro and numerous bus lines, including night buses.
