The space

'Le colonne Luxury Apartment" is located at:
- 5 minutes walk from Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Pantheon and Tiber Island
- 8 minutes' walk from Piazza Navona and Trastevere
- 10 minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Imperial Forums
- 15 minutes' walk from the Colosseum.

The elegant living room has air conditioning/heating and smart tv, with a dining area.

The 3 bedrooms scrupulously and luxuriously refurbished and furnished, are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold function), smart TV with Netflix access, and choice linens.

This luxury vacation rental has 3 full bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare excellent meals.
A corner is dedicated to the coffee area with Nespresso machine, Aeroccino for making cappuccino and an electric kettle.

The house is equipped with a washer/dryer for guest use (no extra charge).

The apartment is located on the first noble floor of a historic 16th-century building.

The entrance is private and there is no elevator.
Access is via an antique marble staircase of some 20 steps that is fully lit.

Other things to note
This apartment, thanks to the brand new thermal and sound insulating windows and doors, is immersed in quietness and will give you excellent rest!

Perfect location in heart of Rome

The apartment is adorable and the location is the best right in the middle of everything but quiet! It was perfect for our group of 6 friends. Full of amenities and huge welcome pack with local treats and snacks. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Alessandro was a great host, always responsive and made everything very easy. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Perfect spot for a stay in Rome!

This was an amazing apartment for our Rome 3-night stay. The location is perfect - walkable to all the major sights and plenty of restaurant and shopping options nearby. The apartment is beautiful with (as my 14 and 16 year olds said) the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! It was so hot out during our stay and the AC was heavenly. Everything you need is provided (down to toothbrushes) and the owners go above and beyond - leaving local treats, water and champagne. Check in was seamless and there was great communication from our host - we had flight delays and cancellations and they accommodated us more than we expected. We cannot wait for our next trip to Rome to rent this apartment again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome and at Le Colonne! The apartment was incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of six, with three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The location couldn’t have been better — we were within walking distance to many of the beautiful sites we visited, and the area felt very safe with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Allejandro was a wonderful host — attentive, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend Le Colonne and would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Apartment in the heart of Rome

A truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully renovated, full of charm, and perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Walking distance to everything, so many street food, supermarket, restaurants around us.Interesting history of the property and you could fully immerse yourself in the Roma experienceEverything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. 1.Location is so central. Perfect to get everywhere in Rome in minutes. You cannot do much better. 2. Home - Absolutely beautiful!! It's got a great private feel away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful and spotless, every detail is taken care of. Such a stylish home with a blend of modern, chic style and Roman history. It really added to our vacation! Space was perfect for our group of 6.Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in Rome. Also close to restaurants, grocery stores, cafes etc. In short - this is the place to stay in Rome with your friends or family! You simply cannot beat it!!

Luxury home in a perfect and central location

My cousins and I traveled to Italy for a mother-daughter trip, and the six of us had a great time staying in this apartment during our time in Rome. The apartment was beautiful, luxury, clean, and recently renovated in a way that still preserved and celebrated its history. The location was unbelievable, within walking distance to so many of the major monuments. The hosts were really welcoming and very responsive and had amazing recommendations for food which is always a plus. Would definitely go back if doing another group trip to Italy!

Stunning apartment in the best location in Rome

This apartment in Rome is absolutely stunning! It has a unique charm and atmosphere, with beautifully styled interiors that are both elegant and welcoming. Although our stay with friends was short, it was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the level of comfort exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect – within walking distance of major historical sites, yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent – very helpful, responsive, and friendly. A truly wonderful experience – highly recommended
