Wonderful apartment in the most elegant area of Rome, with an incredible view over the heart of the Eternal City.Very central yet surprisingly quiet, it combines the elegance of antique furniture with the comfort of modern design and quality services.Just 2 minutes from Spagna metro station, it allows you to easily move around the entire city. The luxury shopping streets are within walking distance.


The spaceLocated right at the top of the Spanish Steps, the apartment is bright, welcoming, and for the exclusive use of guests. It consists of: A spacious double bedroom with air conditioning/heating and a large custom made wardrobe. A roomy mezzanine with two single beds (which can be joined into a double), reached by a beautiful wooden spiral staircase. A fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, dishes and cookware just like at home. A modern bathroom with a large stone and glass shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.

The apartment also includes Wi Fi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bed linen, towels, and bathroom products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap) are included.



Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets not allowed
