The apartments have been renovated to ensure maximum comfort for guests; they reflect the style of the 1930s while offering modern amenities, such as digital TV, state-of-the-art appliances, and USB ports near the beds. The homes are located on the slopes of the Aventine Hill, on the left bank of the Tiber, a short distance from the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums. They are well-connected by public transportation, with tram and bus lines stopping right outside the front door, and Metro Line B and Ostiense Station just a ten-minute walk away.
