Nanni's House - Family Apartment Near the Colosseum

Casa di Nanni is a new, spacious, and bright apartment just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum, perfect for families who want to explore Rome from a prime location. It can accommodate up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms, a living room (which can also serve as a third bedroom), a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are free. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, an oven, a microwave, a moka pot, and a kettle. An iron and a hair dryer are also available.

The neighborhood is just outside the main tourist area and is therefore quiet, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The metro, buses, and trams are a 3-minute walk away. Private transportation to and from the airport and private guided tours are available.

Casa di Nanni is an apartment suitable for families traveling with children and seniors. It is located on the third floor of a beautiful Umbertine-style building—a very quiet, resident-only neighborhood—that has been recently renovated and is equipped with an elevator. It enjoys a prime location in the heart of ancient Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The city’s most important attractions are within walking distance: strolling through the Imperial Forums takes you to Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain, all the way to Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican, or to shopping streets such as Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna. Joggers and walkers can enjoy the breathtaking parks surrounding the area and some of the world’s oldest archaeological sites, such as the Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla.

The building has an elevator; to access it, you must climb half a flight of stairs.

House Rules:
- CHECK-IN MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE (AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL).
After 8:00 PM, there is a 40€ surcharge; after 10:00 PM, the surcharge is €70.
- Only the number of people for whom the reservation was made are authorized to stay.
- At check-in, a copy of all guests’ passports will be required, and the tourist tax must be paid in cash.
- Families live in the building, and it is very quiet; we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum early in the morning, in the early afternoon, and in the evening after 10:00 PM.
- The rental of a crib, including linen changes, costs 50€.
- Two sets of keys are provided: If keys are lost or damaged, a replacement fee of 200€ per set will be charged. If it is necessary to send someone to open the door in the event that keys are lost or left inside the apartment, there will be an additional charge of €40 during the day and €100 between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM; if it becomes necessary to call emergency services due to lost or damaged keys, or for leaving the keys behind the door, the associated cost could exceed €300 and will be borne entirely by the guests.
- Guests are asked to lock the door with the key when leaving the apartment.
- Minors are not permitted unless accompanied by a parent, even if other adults are present.
