Charming apartment on the third floor of a historic building in the center of Rome, in the historic Rione Celio.
The apartment consists of living room with dining area and double sofa bed, design loft with double bed, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, kitchen and closet with washing machine. The interior views provide a private and comfortable atmosphere, while the high ceilings with exposed brick and the details of the finishes make this apartment a stylish choice for your stay in Rome.
The rooms, equipped with air conditioning hot/ cold, smart flat screen TV and wi-fi connection, are designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
The kitchen is equipped and complete with utensils, dishes and appliances: oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Provided to our guests we provide kettle and coffee machine with pods.
In the apartment there are hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy kit.
The apartment is 500 metres from the San Giovanni metro stop (Line A) and less than 1 km from the Colosseo stop (Line B). It is also connected by tram through the stop of the nearby Via Labicana and by a bus service from Via Merulana.

Great Apartment
We had a group of 7 stay for 4 nights. Apartment was exactly as advertised and in a great location. Property manager was very attentive and provided several good recommendations for food, tours, etc. Seamless check in/check out process

Christmas Holiday in Rome
Excellent and quiet location. The flat was in excellent condition and looked brand new. Only 4 blocks away from the Colosseum. We were a party of 7 and was very comfortable. Two bathrooms were perfect except for difficulty to control the hot water. Kitchen was fully furnished with modern equipment. It even had a chandelier! Ideal if the clothes washing machine had a heated dryer.
Host provided generous welcome breakfast and snack items including two boxes of Nespresso coffee pods. We even had two bottles of Proseco.
Andrea warmly welcomed us and gave us excellent briefing. Sylvia promptly replied to our queries. The only problem we had was looking for the apartment. A more detailed direction to the flat will be helpful. The address numbering system of Rome is unique. The numbers of the left and right side of the street have no relationship to each other. Once inside, we should have been told that there were two buildings inside. We waited at the wrong building. However, overall we highly recommend this apartment.

It was close to the COLISEUM, Uber comes right to it, no couches or soft chairs to hang out in and we couldn't find more pods at local stores for the coffee maker

Perfect spot for a short stay in Rome
This apartment was perfect for me and my 6 friends! It was down the street from the Colosseum, bus station, and Metro. Plus there were quaint little cafes and grocery shopping stores nearby. I'd stay here again!!!

Perfect for Old Rome Sites
Apartment was clean and adequate for our needs. Host is generous with baked goods, juice, water, and coffee. Air conditioning was great. The steel stairs are a bit of a safety hazard with sharp edges to be wary of when walking nearby. Location is pretty good. Far enough away from the heavy tourist Colosseum area but making it a longer walk from Metro stops. Overall a good place to stay, especially if you will spend a lot of time in the old Roman area.

One night stay for 8, post cruise
We finished up a Mediterranean cruise in Rome and needed a place to stay for one night. This apartment was just right for a group of 8. It was very clean and comfortable. And we were in a great location walking distance to the colosseum and nearby restaurants. Perfect for exploring for one night.

Perfection
The communication with the property manager was seamless, start to finish. We were able to leave our bags early, prior to check in so we could explore the city and grab lunch while they completed the cleaning and restocking of the apartment.
This apartment has everything you could ask for and more. It is modern and updated, clean and very comfortable. From toiletries, towels and pillows, they have thought of everything. There is an abundance of water's, juices and lovely snacks as well as an ample amount of coffee for each of our guests for the entire stay.
The apartment was in a perfect location, very close to the Colosseum and Circus Maximus. There were souvenir shops and markets right on our block as well as very good restaurants to choose from. Our favorite, just a short walking distance from the apartment, was Hostaria Isidoro.
I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome. It is worth every penny!

Rome in May
Comfortable apartment situated within walking distance (2 miles, or less) of all the 'historic Rome' sights. Plenty of transportation options surround, if walking is not your thing. The agent who manages the listing speaks Italian and English (any other languages, I cannot say). She was thorough in business affairs and also gave a nice presentation of Rome and the neighborhood in which the apartment is located. All of this was appreciated and made our visit easier and more enjoyable.
There is a per person Boarding Tax which - in the earlier property listing - did not appear. This is a standard government assessment and you will encounter it at any reputable property. Also, once booked, do not communicate through the VRBO platform, the property will provide more efficient tools.

Muy bonito y funcional departamento
Al entrar al edificio creí que me iba a decepcionar, pues es una propiedad antigua.
Pero el departamento está recién remodelado, con todo nuevo.
Todo lo que necesitas, para tu estancia en Roma. Además muy bien ubicado.
Raquel nos ayudó además en conseguir un buen transporte de regreso al Aeropuerto.
