“The unit met all of our expectations it was clean, well stocked, and in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The complete kitchen very nice, even though we did not cook any large meals. It was convenient to a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The host was very responsive to our questions.If/when we need to stayin the area again, this will be our first choice.”

Me and my partner will be coming back to this place when we travel to LA. The bedding was very comfortable and relaxing. The jacuzzi hot tub provided that added comfort after a long day out. “We had an AMAZING stay!! The home was spotless and felt so intentionally decorated. It was very apparent that AJ cares about the home and the guests that stay in it. The kitchen was fully loaded with cookware that can actually be used. We had a hard time convincing ourselves to leave the house because of how comfortable and beautiful it was!”

“My wife and I were in Topanga Canyon for the week, for a family wedding and our stay at this property greatly enhanced that experience. The cottage was very charming, cozy and nicely furnished & decorated. It had everything we needed, including a large kitchen, comfortable master bedroom & 2 full bathrooms. Was quiet and serene, with a beautiful backyard. Several tasty restaurants were nearby. It was the perfect place for us. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We plan to return! ”

“The space was clean, bright and had the essentials. Inside is quiet and private. Outside is pleasant with great views. There is a lot of road noise from the adjoining arterial road and there is limited shade from the low autumn sun. This would not be a problem in summer with the large umbrella. It quiets outside at night. ”
