“My wife and I stayed with our 2 boys. Visiting from the USA. The apartment is very nice and was just as described. It is located in old Annecy and is walkable to the train station. Literally in the heart of all the best restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Check in was super easy and communication with the host was fantastic. I would love to stay here again! Can’t recommend it highly enough.”

“Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

“Loved Annecy, the lake and surrounding area are stunning! The apartment is beautiful. We had a great time and had everything we needed. No problems finding the location as we were send full instructions and met on arrival to check in. An easy pleasant walk along the lake to get to the old town centre where there are lovely restaurants, shops and fantastic ice creams. We would absolutely stay here again. ”
