Not much to comment on. We did not note something to complain about. Everything worked out well. Good space on the room. Did not take the breakfast as we had an early flight so cannot comment on that. Very convenient distance to the airport. Only 50-100 walk from the airport.

Very helpful staff, when we arrived early. We could put our bags I the luggage room and were offered to sit down in the lobby and have some refreshments before heading out. Nice room, with a minibar (containing bottles of water, a lager beer and chocolate) free of charge. We didn’t order breakfast because of our vegetarian/vegan preferences.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in central Basel. Excellent service. We arrived late at night and most restaurants nearby close at 10pm but the hotel bar served light meals and drinks until 11pm. Slept really well and breakfast included everything on our list. The only thing that might cause problems is that the trams stop outside the hotel. Those who are light sleepers may want to book a room toward the other side. In summary, this hotel is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Surprisingly good standards, close to superb communications. Friendly staff. The only thing lacking is a well lit mirror, on the wall, infront of the desk so that female travellers can have the option to sit down to do their hair and makeup. A comfortable chair with backrest is also missing.
