You have exclusive access to our home in the upper level, including a very spacious living room, kitchen, dinning area, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an exclusive of large patio deck. (All the places you see on the photo)
Only the backyard and driveway are shared with the owner. You could enjoy the house without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the lower level which is occupied by the owner.

Our home is located in the beautiful town of Bothell. It’s just 3 miles from downtown Bothell where you will find great restaurants, local shops, and beautiful parks! Our home is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with a large private yard!
A walk to Bus # 120 to Lynnwood Shopping mall / Edmonds and Transit Center to Bellevue /Eastside / Seattle.
I suggest it's better to have a car as buses are limited time or schedule and some walk to bus stop.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There is one assigned parking spot in front of the house. Free street parking is easily available. Please don’t block the driveway.
* The owner lives on the lower floor.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via Airbnb app.
