“The room was very clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast at the reef76 kitchen and bar was not great due to options (Buffet) being limited and food was cold but the staff were friendly. The parking/valet service at Omni was the worst in my opinion because as guests of the hotel parking shouldn’t be that expensive $68 per day when there is a free parking spot just 3mins away. Well I decided to go park at 3mins away spot which turned out to be a good walk to see spots around the hotel to explore. ”

“The entire hotel was under renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. Had we known, we would have chosen a different accommodation. It will probably be very nice once everything is finished, but at the moment it was chaotic. As a small compensation, we were upgraded to a very spacious apartment, which was a big plus; however, this did not outweigh the poor service and the ongoing renovation work. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room.”
