“I cannot recommend this property . Two of the bedrooms bedlinen were covered in hairs ( we think pet hair) The property was very grubby . Cupboards in bedroom dusty .lots of ants in the kitchen . It needs information about the hill to the property & vicinity of car park . Loved Mevagissey but would not use this property again . ”

“It would be difficult to find a better loation with panoramic views of the beach, sea and canal. Good for dogs with a secure decking area and easy access to beach, Efford Down and the SW Coast Path. Property had been cleaned meticulously with fresh linen and towels provided. Brendon Arms and Falcon Hotel 5 mins walk and town about 15 mins. Parking for one car next to entrance but you hardly need a vehicle thereafter as everything you need is accessible by foot apart from heavy shopping.”

“We had amazing stay in the house with spectacular views. Pentire Peninsula is amazing make sure you visit Lewinnick lodge for food and great cliff views.Easy access to Fistral beach . Very quiet area with easy parking .Will definitely come back .”

“This was our second time staying at the Beach House and we absolutely love it. Really great location, only a few minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and the place is always lovely and clean. The shower in the ensuite was a bit temperamental but thankfully could just use one of the others. We absolutely love sitting on the decking looking out to the beach. There are a lot of stairs to the property but we don't really mind this at all. A little difficult...
