“Beautiful house and location. Sadly the house has been neglected. Everything needs a deep clean, stains on carpets, broken furniture, beds, bedding, towels all need replacing. Kitchen crockery and utensils dirty and chipped.TV not working, various light bulbs not working.Major issues with the oil boiler, the smell was so strong we had to leave external windows and doors open.The garden was lovely but overgrown with weeds, rubbish and brambles.The local pub - Cornish Arms took a reservation on...

“I cannot recommend this property . Two of the bedrooms bedlinen were covered in hairs ( we think pet hair) The property was very grubby . Cupboards in bedroom dusty .lots of ants in the kitchen . It needs information about the hill to the property & vicinity of car park . Loved Mevagissey but would not use this property again . ”

Lovely touches, mince pies left, stock of wood for fire, waste bags, salt pepper, milk... Just the little things. Truly happy, and now relaxed after lovely break.
