“Great location, clean place and fantastic view. We were on 2 weeks family vacation and everyone had a good time. This place made it happen as we mostly stayed in the area relaxing by the pool and beach. Easy access, clean and building staffs we great. “We had a nice relaxing time! We sat out back on the patio and it was the perfect, serene setting for both having a cup of coffee and a glass of wine. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short Uber to Lauderdale by the sea and Los Olas.”

“Lite gammaldags hotell, men trevligt och med stora rum där allt finns som man behöver. Ligger en bit från stranden och man behöver åka med hotellets transport dit. “The property was equipped with beach, chairs and umbrella and a wagon for a convenient walk across the street and down the path to the ocean front. It was conveniently located to a convenient store and shopping if you needed to pick up something last minute. Loved to stay and the location I would highly recommend.”

“The place was very quaint and updated. Sofa was very uncomfortable, it sank in when you sat on it. I am 200 pounds so expected the sofa to be able to hold my wait without sinking in.”

Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. “Dover House exceeded our expectations! We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine and include grills and picnic tables for guest use. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to borrow. “It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes.”
