Location was perfect walking to the beach was less than 10mins pleasure pier right across the street I most definitely will be back if available in June for my grandson bday weekend”

“I have stayed already 3x and have loved it every time.”

“The condo was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. They had dishes for us to use, but we didn’t use any of them. Beach view was great!!!”

“Nice place to stay”

“This place is the perfect place for family connection or peaceful restoration. The location is perfect and there is a beautiful view of the pool and just past that is the ocean. It is a great escape and well-equipped with the essentials for whatever length of stay you have. I already have my next stay booked. Thank you Frank and Nancy for sharing your paradise!”

“Great place for a small family! Pool was fantastic. Walking distance to beach and 5 min drive to schlitterbahn! Host answered back right away!”

“It was quiet the pools were nice as well”

“Perfect distance to the beach and Pleasure Pier! Great for me and my 3 girls!”

“Clean place and host was very helpful!”

“have stayed at the victorian 4 times now. This was by far the worst condo we have stayed in. Hall light did not work, both bathroom and kitchen lights had a short in them where they worked when they wanted to . Stove top did not work. Shower had peeling spots where whatever was used for the surrond was cracking and peeling. Housekeeping never bothered to empty kitchen trash can or even leave bags in the bottom of the can. In no way what we were used to at the victorian in the past”

“I”

“Nice stay for 1 night. The upstairs was HOT and the air mattress would not stay inflated. There was a load of towels in the dryer. Accurate photos and plenty of extra blankets and pillows”

“Nice stay and convenient location.”

“Beach was so close!”

“Great location and great owners. The place is filled with fun games and activities. Perfect overnight to get to a family gathering in Conroe!!”

“The condo was perfect for our family getaway! The proximity to the beach was ideal and made our trip so enjoyable, despite it being a busy holiday weekend. Our two boys loved the bunkbeds and the sofa bed was perfect for hanging out to watch a movie and play games in the evenings. It was a perfect cozy getaway for our family!”

“Nice stay! Very quiet and peaceful”
