“Room was clean, looked like new coastal pillows! Easy parking, quiet hallways, friendly staff to check in and out down the road at that office. AC had small issue, was fixed immediately! The towels need to be bleached or replaced. The out door furniture was not appropriate for a high deck view of the beach. Additional fee to park $25.00”

“Donna was very helpful with any and all questions leading up to our stay. The Dawn Condominiums are very nice (seemed like the nicest in the area we were staying) - loved the pools and the grounds. The condo itself was just right for our family of 4 - had everything we needed. Loved the deck with views of the gulf and pool area. Overall a great stay at the beach!”

“We attended a Christmas party downstairs at Dirty South restaurant and stayed for the live music. It was really convenient to just go upstairs at the end of the evening. I will say that if there is live music during your stay, it is very loud but that is mentioned in the description of the property so it wasn't a surprise. The condo is really great....very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again!”
