“We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected ”

“This home is different from a typical VRBO as it is actually part of a hotel. They do not list that guest from the hotel may be sitting at the chairs in front of your house at any given time of the day. Upon arrival, we were given a brief tour of the home. There were no towels in the bathroom Instead, a stack of bath only towels in the living room. There were no bath mats, washcloths or hand towels. “Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. Amazingggg stay and we would definitely go back again. ”

Helt Ok men väldigt slitet och sämre kvalitet.

"Hade vi betalat halva vårt pris för vår vecka som vi vistades på hotellet hade de varit ganska bra. Men baserat på vad vi inte hörde för pengarna. Resturangerna va mediokra och faciliteterna hade passerat sitt bäst före datum. Rummen lukta både fukt och mögel. Enda som var bra va att de fanns mycket att göra för barn och att servicen var bra. "

"Läget vid stranden är väldigt bra. Ligger en bit utanför Tulum. Lugnt och stilla. Kvaliteten på boendet var undermålig. Slitet. Trasiga lakan. Trasiga handdukar. Kantstött och odiskade koppar. Servicen riktigt dålig. T ex så lägger de på egen dricks efter att man signerat. Maten undermålig. Att man betalar hutlösa priser som om det vore ett lyxhotell känns riktigt illa. Restaurangen ligger på baksidan av huset. Vill du äta på stranden lägger de på 25%. "
