“This is overall a really cool and peaceful place! It felt unique and fun and we in general had a great time. Sitting outside and reading in the jungly courtyard was a joy. The biggest issue was that both of the domes we saw had pretty significant mold on the inside, on the structural tarp and on some of the surfaces like the fan. The first one we tried had also really sickening perfume smell, though the property manager responded quickly and moved us. The pictures of a lily white nice dome...

"Modernt och rent hotell. Maten är inte den bästa, ingen blev sjuk och man hittar alltid nåt att äta men det är typisk standard för all inclusive-resort. Är du ute efter att bara slappa och slippa laga mat funkar det, men är du ute efter mexikanska smaker ska du söka dig nån annan stans. Det finns inga färska juicer och de som finns går inte att dricka för de inte smakar bra. Det var ett stort minus. I Mexiko är personalen alltid trevlig och välkomnande, på den här resorten har det hänt något, jag tror att arbetsgivaren bär ansvaret, personalen verkade inte trivas vilket speglades i deras bemötande. Många sura miner, enbart ett fåtal hade det bemötandet som oftast finns i Mexiko. Jag skulle inte åka tillbaka, även om jag hade en helt okej trevlig semester."
