“This home is well-equipped and well located. We enjoyed the quieter south end of the island, taking advantage of the smoothie and coffee carts and bars/restaurants within walking distance. The pools were amazing, and we loved the easy beach access! The view is incredible! We were given contact information for a local person who was able to provide direct access to taxis, assistance obtaining snorkel gear, and helped ease our transition. “I can't say enough good things about our stay at Casa de la Playa. Our family (8 of us....54 yrs - 2yrs) just had the most wonderful vacation. The house and beach exceeded our expectations in all accounts. Carlos, Jacqueline, Ramon & Timoteo went out of their way to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. “The property was Fabulous and beautiful and well maintained and everything as advertised and then some. An incredibly lovely house and view.BUT...The cherry on the top was our Concierge Hank and his team who made our stay what it ended up being!!Never had a service like this before and what a difference it made.Hank recommended a Dive shop (Mexico Divers) who were Incredible as we had 3 certified divers, 1 snorkeler & 3 certified divers in our group on a private boat with 3 dive masters.BUT......

“20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. ”

"We stayed one night at this hotel with our baby and it was great! It so beautiful right on the beach and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffé was super yummy and the omelette station is a BIG favourite!"
