"Went on a 7 days all-inclusive and im very happy. One of the best hotels just by looking around the town at what other all-inclusive hotels had to offer. Very pretty pool area and good amount of activities offered by the entertainment staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful in any way. The food was the most surprising Discovery, after reading the low star reviews that stated it was boring and didnt have any variation. But in reality it was someting new on the Buffet every day. If im going back to Puerto de la Cruz, im 100% going back to this hotel."
