“a cancelled and delayed flight from DFW had us looking in am for a hotel for a needed rest /nap and a tv/lounge for a drink and to watch a world cup soccer game. i called and received outstanding service from staff at Aloft. they allowed early check in and opened lobby bar early for the game- even had some great food for the kitchen. manager Enrique Torres personally took care of us opening the lounge and kitchen early. and a free shuttle to from airport as well- and super comfortable...

“This is a very large hotel that typically has 4 small elevators. For two of the days we were there two of the elevators were broken. On the last day of our stay they were down to one elevator for the entire hotel. There were 3 wheelchair users that I saw on the last day that were struggling with long waits. Families with strollers were having difficulties because of the situation. Also the parking lot is too small for the hotel that it serves. And the front wheelchair entrance was blocked all...

“Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Free shuttle to hospital & airport were great. The sundries store was pretty sparse - only 1-2 packages of candy, no wine or beer, just not much to choose from. I wish there had been a safe in the room. Everything else was great, including breakfast.”
