“Great overall experience, staff was welcoming and friendly. Let us check in early which was so nice ! Didn’t rush us or disturb us during our stay. Easy check in and no issues at all ! Didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as there was a slight miscommunication as to what time breakfast ends on weekdays and the shower has some stuff in it upon arrival but overall 9/10 and would come back! ”

“Brand new hotel, I like marriotts current concept with the Courtyards, decent food, bar, latte in the morning, nice sitting areas.”

“Överlag bra för affärsresor, ett par schyssta restauranger i närheten. Hotellets personal var trevliga. Luftkonditioneringen slutade fungera och vid två tillfällen var servicemän där på tid då rummet nyttjades, fick ingen ersättning för det.”

“All was great, just the front desk needs someone with a smile. The lady at the front desk was upset, when I asked for the oatmeal to be replenished since there was none left. She stated that breakfast was served until 9am, it was 8:58am when I approached her at the front desk. I had been waiting 15 min for someone in the breakfast area. Your website states breakfast served until 10am CST. ”

“They didn’t clean my room the next day”

“Large clean comfortable room. Easy quick friendly front desk. Friendly quick service in restaurant. Had a snack area open 24 hours, self check out. Lovely location on the water with lovely area for walks restaurants and waterside park. ”

“Nice clean rooms with everything you might need. Fully equipped kitchen, even a dishwasher. Comfortable beds. We were also surprised over how quiet the rooms were. The breakfast was very good, especially that the chef made omelettes your way and the fresh fruit. Overall a very nice hotel for the buck. Would definately stay here again if we were to come back to this area.”

“Love the shower, amazing water pressure. Good coffee in room, needs to provide at least 2 more liquid creamer pods. Parking in garage is great, but. Or obvious at first, had to repark but garage is easy and close.”

“Överlag en bra vistelse på detta hotell. Stort och fräscht hotellrum och bra frukost enligt amerikanska mått. Läget var bra, nära till shopping och endast en kortare bilresa till Downtown Dallas.”

“Nice hotel with a very good location if you want to have walking distance to Uptown and e.g American Airlines center. Friendly staff and I would definately stay there again”

“Bed could use an upgrade.”

“Everything was great except they cleaned our room on the second day although I placed the do not disturb tag outside our room. I just don't want anybody coming to our room while we are not around. ”
