“There was construction on the street, right outside the window. The personnel know about this, but didn't bother to say anything about it. When we go to our room, we were right next to the construction. We called to the lobby and they said that the construction would stop at midnight, and start at 730AM next morning. We thought that we would be ok with that, but the hotel personnel were suppose to call us back with a solution - They never called. And the construction didn't stop at...

“The bathroom floor needed mopping, there wasn't a channel listing card, and the door slammed shut on its own, but other than that, the mattress was the MOST COMFORTABLE of any I've slept on in a hotel over the past couple of years and the room as I requested was QUIET! For that, I was PLEASED with this place!”

“The rooms are wonderfully spacious and have so many amenities! The common area was very clean and tidy, plenty of people gathered there morning and evening. The staff was so bright and friendly, as well. The room had a few places where you notice some wear (carpet stain, lamp shade stain) and the door to the bathroom had handprints in several places. But I really felt quite comfortable and wil be back.”
