“We had great stay in this place. It is nice and cosy. A good breakaway and get close to nature. Love to see all the Kangaroo and Emu. The jacuzzi is an extra bonus. If the host can just let us turn on the heater freely for the bathroom instead of using the timer, it will be way much better. We have no clue of when it will be on and off. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Kookaburra Cottage immensely. The biggest drawcard was probably the location, short walk to the town centre yet quiet and we still got to enjoy the wildlife experience with Kookaburras, kangaroos, and an echidna around the corner! The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit was enjoyed by the family. The heating in the cottage was very adequate which made for a cosy and comfortable stay. “The perfect place to stay in the Grampians with a dog! Such a fantastic property and heaps of space for the dog to run around. Perfectly well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Only 10 minutes drive from Halls gap too. We had such a great time and would definitely look to stay here again.”

“An attractive house, it was clean and pleasant. there were a few minor niggles though, the lock on the front door didnt work. the woodshed was locked, its the middle of winter... we were there for a week there were no garbage bags, 3 dishwashing tablets, insufficenet toilet paper. More care needs to be taken to brief the cleaners so they know how ling 6 adults are staying for....”

“This property is surrounded on both sides by the Grampians, nestled near the town centre of Halls Gap. Plenty of wild animals to see, kangaroos, wallabies, deer and ducks are all plentiful. Your nearest neighbour is the sister house to this one (The one we stayed at was called bushland, but ironstone is also available.) Bushland is actually in a better spot as it is situated by itself, whereas ironstone is located close to another house (within 10m) so if you are after seclusion I would pick...

“Sehr altes kleines Haus. Bett war sauber. Bad sehr klein aber neu und sauber. Sehr gute Waschmaschine und Trockner. Aber wenn die Waschmaschine schleudert vibriert das ganze Haus.Geschirr wurde leider von vorigen Gästen schmutzig in den Kasten gestellt. Tassen hatten Schimmel darin. Wir haben daher nur 2 Tassen, 2Teller, 2 Gläser und 2 Gabeln sauber gemacht und benützt. Leider kein Geschirrspüler. Der Herd ist sehr ! antik, hat aber funktioniert. Das Beste waren die vielen tollen Tiere rundum....

“We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Haven. Very relaxing!Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, short drive to main street shops and cafes, or 15-20 min easy walk if felt like it. Noise of cicadas very loud to start with but got used to it quite quickly. Nice deck at front of property, lovely for relaxing with wine and book. Would be very happy to stay again. Many thanks.”
