âLove the room. It was cozy and quiet although the window was towards the street and park you couldnât hear anything. Breakfast and dinner was excellent! â
âVery impressed with Ruby Zoe Hotel. I traveled alone and felt very safe at the hotel and in the area. The hotel was located just outside of the most touristy city center so it was calm but easy and quick to get to all parts of the city.
Easy check in (self check in but staff available to help) and the room was exactly like the pictures. The bed was amazing, so comfortable and the bedding really made it the most comfortable bed Iâve had in a hotel (quite soft bed for reference).

Inga problem med kommunikation in till London. BĂ„de flera t-banelinjer och bussar frĂ„n Hammersmith. Enda minus de mĂ„nga trapporna i hotellet. Bra att veta om man har dĂ„liga knĂ€n eller ben. Vi bodde lĂ€ngst upp och fick god motion.â

âPrisvĂ€rt hotell relativt centralt i London. FrĂ€scht och nyrenoverat. Rekommenderas för par som reser och som tillbringar mestadels av tiden ute.â
âVery friendly staff, fresh bathroom, really good breakfast and lobby/outside premises. Would highly recommend! Only minus is the carpet in the room as it felt outdated/stains. â
âThe apartment was nice, with a nice small place outside. This apartment was on the ground floor and every time we used the anything regarding water, the drain pumps started, we also had our bedroom directly at the front door soo we know when the neighbors get home at night :-)
The personal was nice and friendly and the neighborhood was great, overall a great place to stay with a familyâ

âThis property is newly renovated. The staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. I was in a room in the basement level, which I hesitated at first, but it was very secure and quiet. Great hotel in an area close to Notting Hill, the Quensway and Westbourne Grove. Close to subway (Notting Hill Gate) and (Bayswater) and bus routes. Very easy to get around. Right near Kensington Palace and gardens. â

"An affordable hotel in a nice area. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and also close to the subway, which also goes directly to Heathrow. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast good and the room clean. "
"The room was ok and bigger than expected. however, not renovated. The bed was to hard and the pillows was too hard.
The staff in the reception could be a bit more welcoming. It is the first hotel we have stayed in that we could not borrow a glass from the bar. We could only get small and cheap plastic glassed to bring to the room.
But, overall, we had a good stay!

I opted out of cleaning during my three night stay as it didnât feel necessary (got a voucher to the bar as thanks) but the room was very well cleaned when I arrived so that was not a problem at all. The only thing I could say was that the bathroom smelt a little bit moist. Nothing that I worried about, just mildly noticeable when going into the bathroom. No smell in the rest of the room though!
I had some problem with the pump on the soap, but I asked the reception if they could look at it on my way out for the day and when I returned it was fixed. Very pleased with the customer service of the hotel.
I would highly recommend staying at the Ruby Zoe Hotel in Notting hill and I will definitely come back again in the future!"
