“This apartment is one of a kind. It's located in a very central neighborhood in manhattan, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment complex is beautiful (door man, elevator, etc) and the apartment itself is huge, even for NYC standards! The host is communicative and was great to work with. “My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building.
