Front desk staff were extremely helpful from booking tours to shuttle to airport to delivering towels after hours. Breakfast was delicious with a huge buffet style set up, included in our package.

âMy husband and I stayed there for five nights, and it was beautiful. The room was very clean. We were greeted very politely upon arrival, and the service was the best I've ever experienced. We lacked nothing; we were constantly provided with everything we needed.
I can recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back. đ

âI've been travelling many countries/destinations very frequently and stayed at many good hotels, and so far I've never felt the need to write comments. Until now. This short vacation is so far the best experience I had. From check-in to check-out everything has been very smooth, the staff has been very friendly and yet kept their distance enough not to bother you. Room:
The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. Bed was comfortable, but the blanket was kind of small for 2 persons on the double bed. Lack of outlets, you have to remove the lamp and tv etc. to charge your phones. Wifi was good, they have one wifi spot for every room.
Location:
The hotel is located just 5 min from city centre. The terrace has a great view for taking pictures during hot balloon sunrise.
