âAbsolutely fabulous stay. The hosts were lovely and personable, perk fast was delicious, and it was so quiet and cozy. Is was a great base to do our first week of exploring. I couldnât recommend Rob and Jacquie enough, especially if you want somewhere out of the way that takes care of all the littles details. â

Dinner was good but they need more healthy options on the menu as everything seems to come with chips.

âOld building with a pub on the lower floor right in the middle of Ironbrigde Gorge area. Good food in the pub - not the ordinary pub grub - much more variate d and better cooked. Locals seem to like this place too which adds to the atmosphere. Rooms clean, staff very friendly and rooms well equipped with water boiler, free wifi and more. Would stay here again if ever passing Ironbridge Gorge again.â
âWe were in Wolverhampton for a week cruising on the canals. This hotel was perfect for us as a stop over.
The service was outstanding and the lady was so kind and helpfully. She did everything to make our stay perfect.

âWe decided to stop off at Telford during our move from one side of the country to the other. We are so glad we stumbled upon The Sutherland on Expedia. The experience from check-in to check-out was flawless. Breakfast was absolutely delicious too! â
âThe hotel is 3 stars (I believe), so I wasnât expecting much. And the toilet handle didnât work well. Food was ok. The lasagne was a small portion. But service was good âĄÌ â

âGreat place to stay for those fascinated by history. I learned from a local client after our stay how much effort had been put into redeveloping the immediate area by the owners, and now realise how much credit is due to them in keeping the area around the Ironbridge national relic so well kept. Any quibbles about finding the place and the car park are to be expected in such a place, follow the instructions to the letter and it's fine. For leisure it's probably worth staying a few days to...
