“This property is just as advertised. Host Jimmy was very nice and responded immediately to any questions, provided very accurate and simple check-in instructions. Location was walkable or a quick taxi / Uber to the Tower and other Thames Bridges, as well as the Tower of London and other attractions. Didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to the weather but it looked nice. Enjoyable stay.”

“Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again...

“Had a few days visiting London. The place was very nice, it's best suited for two. Ola, our host, was very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. I can recommend staying there very much.”

When we arrived there, the place was full of clutter, it smelled moldy, there were two students on the very top floor that we did not know about (we thought we had rented the whole house for privacy and security) and as a big group of 11, we were cramped into it. If we had a choice, we would have cancelled on the very first night, and moved to another accommodation. But it was late and everything was fully booked. We managed to find one...

“Good quiet location, good facilities Parking can be a bit difficult depending on when you are arriving back home. I was working late night so parking was very limited when arriving back, but managed to park on the drive of the property. This could be best option to arrange to park there. ”

Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please.
