"The hotel was very nice with very service mi ded people in the reception.
The spa was ok , very small .
The massage wss excellent and relaxing.
BUT the cleaning of the room was not good,
We stayed 3 nights to try it, then to Villa Zacaluca in Marbella.
Every day badly made beds, one day late in the day, the cleaning lady was upset when she came in, as we left the room as she entered, we gave her a tip as we always do but she still was very rude.
The bathroom was half cleaned, coffee cups left still in the room, no coffee refill, etc.
Disappointing since it was our first time and we like everything else about the hotel.
But since the people in the reception were so nice, we will return next summer with our family.
I hope by then it will improve."
