“TrĂšs bon emplacement par rapport au lac. 3 Ă©toiles seulement car literie moyenne et surtout et nous y tenons sur toutes les locations oĂč nous allons d avoir une vaisselle propre er lĂ  nous avons relavĂ© beaucoup de couverts, des assiettes et des poĂȘles....qui n Ă©taient vraiment pas propres et cela n est pas difficile Ă  regarder avant l arrivĂ©e des locataires. Enfin ce qui est bon Ă©galement Ă  savoir c'est qu aprĂšs 17h avoir une place de parking est presqu impossible et trouver une autre place...

“Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. La rĂ©sidence est bien situĂ©e et nous a permis de faire tout Ă  pied. Petits bĂ©mols : - l'isolation due au fait qu'il s'agissait d'une vieille rĂ©sidence. - la vaisselle qui n'Ă©tait pas en nombre suffisant. (3 fourchettes, 3 verres, etc...)”

“The property had several broken item's of furniture, was dirty and is in desperate need of a clean. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels to dry, the balcony table didn't have any chairs, the kitchen utensils were chipped or damaged. The house also smelt of cigarettes.”

“This is a cute little apartment perfectly located right in the old town of Annecy I will endeavour to leave a practical and honest review as we found our stay to be.It was spotlessly clean with lots of extras such as toiletries and cleaning items. It is well equipped and modern. It has a spacious double bedroom, however the other sleeping option is a sofa bed in the small lounge which makes space very tight when there are four adults (2 separate couples). There is no storage for clothes and...

very comfortable (air-conditioning could be better) ...this seems to be a problem in Europe...here the control of the air-conditioning was not given to us even though we requested this several time. “nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme par Latifa. l emplacement de la porte d'entrĂ©e situĂ©e trĂšs en hauteur de la rue rend obligatoire le parking proposĂ© afin de gĂ©rer les bagages notamment. il est dommage que cette prestation ne soit pas incluse dans le prix de la location. la tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite limite l'accĂšs aux chaines nationales. prestation globalement satisfaisante. trĂšs bon emplacement Ă  proximitĂ© de la vieille ville accessible Ă  pieds.”
