“My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...

“Very hot due to only 1 of 3 AC windows units installed. When I told host twice, he would argue they were installed instead of sending someone to fix it. Only after we checked out he said we would send electrician to fix it. ”

“To Whom It May Concern: 1. Not as advertised 2. Mold in washer 3. Tv not mounted on bedroom wall. Several tv not working and remote 4. Women menstrual pads on floor. 5. I was locked out the apartment when I complained about the damages and false advertisement. 6. Dirty furniture. 7. Nice View.”

“Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.”
